رابطه بین فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات و عملکرد شغلی با نقش میانجی چابکی سازمانی

ملخص المقالة :
هدف این پژوهش،تعیین رابطه بین فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات و عملکرد شغلی با نقش میانجی چابکی سازمانی میباشد.این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی،روش گردآوری اطلاعات میدانی و توصیفی از نوع همبستگی میباشد.جامعه آماری،کلیه اساتید دانشگاه های آزاد اسلامی شرق استان مازندران به تعداد 254 نفر بودند،که با استفاده از جدول کرجسی و مورگان و روش نمونهگیری تصادفی طبقهای 153نفر بهعنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند.ابزارگردآوری دادهها،پرسشنامههای استاندارد فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات محمودی (1392)،عملکرد شغلی پاترسون (1970)و چابکی سازمانی ژانگ و شریفی(۲۰۰2) بود.روایی این پرسشنامهها توسط متخصصان مورد تأیید قرار گرفت، پایایی از طریق ضریب آلفای کرونباخ محاسبه گردید که مقدار آن برای فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات برابر 96/0،عملکرد شغلی برابر 84/0 و چابکی سازمانی برابر 90/0درصد بدست آمد.برای تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها از نرمافزارهای Spss وPls استفاده شد.نتایج نشان داد که بین فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات و عملکرد شغلی با نقش میانجی گری چابکی سازمانی رابطه وجود دارد.بین فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات و عملکرد شغلی اساتید رابطه وجود دارد.بین چابکی سازمانی و عملکرد شغلی اساتید رابطه وجود دارد. بین فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات و چابکی سازمانی اساتید رابطه وجود دارد.
