تأثیر زیر ساخت های دانش بر عملکرد نواورانه سازمان های مبتنی بر فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات

ملخص المقالة :
هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی تاثیر زیر ساخت های دانش بر عملکرد نوآورانه در سازمان های مبتنی بر فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات استان مازندران می باشد. روش پژوهش حاضر بر حسب هدف، کاربردی و از لحاظ ماهیت جمع آوری اطلاعات توصیفی از نوع پیمایشی است. جامعه ی آماری، مدیران و کارکنان سازمان های مبتنی بر فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات می باشند. جهت انتخاب حجم نمونه از جدول کرجسی و مورگان استفاده و حجم نمونه 196 نفر انتخاب شدند. به منظور گردآوری داده ها از پرسشنامه ی زیرساخت های دانش شکاری (2015)، و پرسش نامه ی عملکرد نوآورانه خاکزادیان(2020) استفاده شده است. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از آزمون معادلات ساختاری با استفاده از نرم افزار PLS3 استفاده گردید. نتایج پژوهش، نشان داد که زیر ساخت های دانش بر عملکرد نوآورانه در سازمان های مبتنی بر فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات تاثیر مثبت و معناداری دارد. همچنین، با توجه به بار عاملی شان در بین سازه زیرساختهای مدیریت دانش سازه های فرهنـگ، سـاختار، فنـاوری، منابع مالی، فراینـدها و افراد دارای بیشـترین اهمیـت و در بین سازه عملکرد نوآورانه سازه های رشد فروش، نوآوری های استراتژیکی، گرایش به نوآوری، سهم بازار، سرعت تصمیم گیری و ریسک پذیری دارای بیشـترین اهمیـت هستند.
