About the journal
Iranian Journal of Tourism and Hospitality Research (IJTHR), a broad-based journal, is an open-access journal that was founded in 2012 IJTHR accepts the most exciting original, review, short communication, novel, and high-impact contributions from the related areas of Tourism and Hospitality. The manuscript must comply with the journal's scopes and have not been published or submitted elsewhere. All submissions to the IJTHR Journal undergo a fair, supportive, and double-blind peer-review process and it takes about four months after the first submission.
- All articles published in the Iranian Journal of Tourism and Hospitality Research (IJTHR) are open access and freely available online, immediately upon publication. This is made possible by an article-processing charge (APC) that covers the range of publishing services we provide. This includes provision of online tools for editors and authors, article production and hosting, liaison with abstracting and indexing services, and customer services. Therefore, publishing an article in the Journal requires a review fee, 5000000 IR Rial, and a publication fee, 10000000 IR Rial, that will be billed to the corresponding author following the review or acceptance of an article for publication.
