چکیده مقاله :
هدف: هدف این پژوهش نقش واسطه ای مسئولیت پذیری در رابطه بین جوّ آموزشی و اشتیاق به تحصیل دانش آموزان بود.
روش شناسی پژوهش: روش پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و از لحاظ روش از نوع توصیفی- همبستگی است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش متشکل از دانش آموزان مقطع ابتدایی شهرستان سرچهان می باشد که تعداد آنها برابر با 2189 بود. برای تعیین حجم نمونه با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری خوشه ای مرحله ای 173 نفر انتخاب شدند و از طریق پرسشنامه اشتیاق تحصیلی فریدل و پاریس، مسئولیت پذیری نعمتی و جوّ آموزشی راف و همکاران مورد سنجش قرار گرفتند. در سطح آمار توصیفی از میانگین و انحراف معیار و در سطح آمار استنباطی از آزمون معنیداری ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل رگرسیون ساده خطی و رگرسیون سلسله مراتبی به شیوه بارون و کنی استفاده شد.
یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد که جوّ آموزشی قادر به پیشبینی مسئولیت پذیری دانش آموزان میباشد؛اشتیاق تحصیلی قادر به پیشبینی مسئولیتپذیری دانش آموزان میباشد؛ مسئولیت پذیری نقش واسطه ای معناداری بین جوّ آموزشی و اشتیاق به تحصیل نقش میانجی را ایفا می کند.

Introduction: The purpose of this study was to investigate the mediating role of responsibility in the relationship between educational atmosphere and students' enthusiasm for education. Research Methodology: This research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-correlational in terms of method. The statistical population of this study consists of primary school students in Sarchahan city, whose number was equal to 2189. To determine the sample size, 173 people were selected using the staged cluster sampling method and they were assessed through Friedel and Paris academic motivation questionnaire, Nemati responsibility questionnaire and educational atmosphere questionnaire of Ruff et al. At the level of descriptive statistics, mean and standard deviation and at the level of inferential statistics, Pearson correlation coefficient and simple linear regression analysis and hierarchical regression analysis of Baron and Kenny were used. Findings: The results indicated that the educational atmosphere is able to predict students 'responsibility; academic enthusiasm is able to predict students' responsibility and responsibility plays a significant mediating role between the educational atmosphere and the enthusiasm for education.
