تدوین الگوی عوامل مؤثر بر سودآوری صنعت بانکداری بر اساس مدلسازی ساختاری-تفسیری (مطالعه موردی بانک تجارت استان آذربایجان شرقی)

آشفتگی های اخیر در سیستم مالی جهانی ، این مسئله را که یک سیستم مالی با عملکرد خوب برای رشد اقتصادی از اهمیت بسزایی برخوردار است را برجسته نموده است. صنعت بانکی سالم و سودآور بهتر میتواند شوکهای منفی را تحمل کند و به ثبات سیستم مالی کمک نماید. بر همین اساس هدف این پژوهش تدوین الگوی عوامل مؤثر بر سودآوری صنعت بانکداری بر اساس مدلسازی ساختاری-تفسیری در بانک تجارت استان آذربایجان شرقی بوده است. این پژوهش بر اساس هدف پژوهش کاربردی-توسعهای بوده است. جامعه آماری پژوهش در دو بخش مدیران و رؤسای شعب بانک تجارت استان آذربایجان شرقی و خبرگان پژوهش برای تعیین الگوی روابط بین عوامل مؤثر بر سودآوری بودهاند. برای جمعآوری دادهها از دو پرسشنامه بهره گرفته شده که روایی و پایایی آنها بر اساس روایی سازه و ضریب آلفای کرونباخ بررسی و تعیین شده است. به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها از تحلیل عاملی تأییدی و مدلسازی ساختاری-تفسیری بهره گرفته شده است. یافتههای پژوهش نشان میدهد که عوامل مؤثر بر سودآوری را میتوان در قالب دوازده معرف و سه مؤلفه اصلی دستهبندی نمود. همچنین نتایج مدلسازی ساختاری-تفسیری نشان میدهد که برای سودآوری بانکهای ایرانی، در درجه اول عوامل دولتی دارای اهمیت بوده و پس از آن عوامل اقتصادی و در نهایت ویژگیهای خاص بانک قرار دارد.
Recent turmoil in the global financial system has highlighted the importance of a well-performing financial system for economic growth. A healthy and profitable banking industry can better withstand negative shocks and help stabilize the financial system. Accordingly, the purpose of this study was to develop a model of factors affecting the profitability of the banking industry based on structural-interpretive modeling in Tejarat Bank of East Azerbaijan Province. This research was based on the purpose of applied-developmental research. The statistical population of the study was divided into two sections: managers and heads of branches of Tejarat Bank of East Azerbaijan Province and research experts to determine the pattern of relationships between factors affecting profitability. Two questionnaires were used to collect data, the validity and reliability of which were assessed based on the construct validity and Cronbach's alpha coefficient. In order to analyze the data, confirmatory factor analysis and structural-interpretive modeling have been used. Findings show that the factors affecting profitability can be classified into twelve indicators and three main components. Also, the results of structural-interpretive modeling show that for the profitability of Iranian banks, primarily government factors are important, followed by economic factors and finally the specific characteristics of the bank
