Many scholars believe that the more employees feel a sense of identity with the organization, the more committed they will be to the organization's goals and the more effort and participation they will have in it. In this regard, this research was conducted with the aim of validating the employee identity management model in Iranian banks. This research is descriptive in terms of type and applied in terms of results. In order to collect information and validate the model, structural equation modeling and questionnaires were used. In quantitative data analysis, 381 questionnaires and SPSS and PLS software were used. Also, the reliability of the questions was examined and confirmed based on the Cronbach's alpha test, after which the normality of the data distribution was tested using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, and finally, the relationships between the variables were evaluated using confirmatory factor analysis and the research model was validated. The results showed that human resource management, organizational factors and personal factors (individual) have an impact on identification and thus improve the level of organizational development, identification management and organizational self-esteem of employees.
