چکیده مقاله :
ضرورتهای اجتماعی و اقتصادی نشان از این واقعیت دارد که سازمانها برای پایداری خود نیازمند مدیران توانمند هستند که دارای دانش کافی و مهارت لازم همراه با رفتار متناسب با ارزش‌های سازمان در زمینه فعالیتهای سازمان باشند. پژوهش حاضر باهدف واکاوی طرحوارههای مدیران مدارس ایرانی متوسطه دوم غرب استان مازندران انجام شد. برای دستیابی به این هدف از رویکرد کیفی و روش پدیدارشناسی توصیفی استفاده شد. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل مدیران مدارس غرب استان مازندران بود. نمونهگیری به روش هدفمند انجام شد و 16 نفر به‌عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. جمعآوری اطلاعات از طریق مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته محقق ساخته و تحلیل دادهها با روش تحلیل مضمون صورت پذیرفت. جهت تجزیهوتحلیل دادهها از روش هفت مرحلهای کلایزی استفاده شد. در مرحله اول مصاحبه ها ضبط و پس از اتمام مصاحبه به آنها گوش داده شد، سپس کلمه به کلمه بر روی کاغذ پیاده و با مطالعه آن به عمق معانی پی برده شد. مرحله دوم با روش زیرخط دار کردن، جملات مهم استخراج شد. مرحله سوم کدهای اولیه استخراج شدند. مرحله چهارم مفاهیم تدوین شده به زیر مفاهیم و در مرحله پنجم نتایج به تم های اصلی تبدیل شدند. در مرحله ششم یک توصیف جامع و بدون ابهام از پدیده تدوین شد و در مرحله هفتم اعتباربخشی بهوسیله ارجاع به نمونهها و پرسیدن درباره یافته ها انجام شد. در معیار تأییدپذیری، مصاحبهها دوباره در اختیار مشارکت کنندگان قرار داده شد که همگی مورد تأیید آنها بود. همچنین، برای بررسی میزان انتقالپذیری، نتایج در اختیار دو شرکت کننده خارج از گروه شرکت کنندگان قرار گرفت که این دو نیز نتایج را تأیید کردند. نتایج نشان داد که 169 كد آزاد، 11 مقوله اصلی و 45 زیر مقوله مشخص شدند.
Social and economic necessities indicate that organizations require capable managers with adequate knowledge and necessary skills, as well as behaviors aligned with organizational values, to ensure their sustainability. This study aimed to explore the schemas of secondary school principals in western Mazandaran province, Iran, towards teachers and students. To achieve this goal, a qualitative approach using descriptive phenomenological methods was employed. The research population consisted of secondary school principals in western Mazandaran. Purposeful sampling was used, and 16 participants were selected. Data was collected through semi-structured interviews designed by the researcher, and data analysis was carried out using thematic analysis. To analyze the data, the seven-step method of Colaizzi was applied. In the first step, the interviews were recorded, and after completion, they were listened to. Then, the interviews were transcribed verbatim, and their meanings were explored in-depth. In the second step, key sentences were extracted using an underlining method. In the third step, initial codes were derived. In the fourth step, the developed concepts were categorized into sub-concepts, and in the fifth step, the results were converted into main themes. In the sixth step, a comprehensive and clear description of the phenomenon was developed, and in the seventh step, validity was ensured through member checking and asking participants about the findings. Regarding confirmability, the interviews were re-shared with the participants, and all findings were confirmed by them. Additionally, to assess transferability, the results were shared with two participants outside of the main group, both of whom confirmed the findings. The results indicated that 169 open codes, 11 main categories, and 45 sub-categories were identified.
