Abstract :
The present study was conducted with the aim of analyzing the schemas of secondary school principals in western Mazandaran province. To achieve this goal, a qualitative approach were used. Purposive sampling was performed and 16 people were selected as samples. Data were collected through semi-structured researcher-made interviews and data analysis was performed using thematic analysis. The seven-step Collaisi method was used to analyze the data. In the criterion of confirmability, the interviews were provided to the participants again, all of which were approved by them. Also, to examine the level of transferability, the results were provided to two participants outside the group of participants, who also approved the results. The results showed that the analysis of Iranian school principals' schemas was identified with 169 free codes, 11 main categories, and 45 subcategories. It is concluded that the findings of school principals' schemas towards teachers include individual characteristics, collective characteristics, relationships with colleagues, relationships with parents and relationships with students, and towards students, positive characteristics related to personality, positive characteristics related to education and positive characteristics related to the principal and teacher.
