چکیده مقاله :
مقدمه و هدف: معلمان ورزش و مربیان باشگاه ها مسئولیت مهمی در زندگی ورزشکاران دارند زیرا ورزشکاران اغلب از آنها به عنوان منبع مشاوره برای مسائل مختلف مربوط به عملکرد مانند رژیم غذایی استفاده می کنند.هدف از تحقيق حاضر مقایسه آگاهی، نگرش و عملکرد تغذیه ای معلم های ورزش آموزش و پرورش و مربیان باشگاه بود.
روش شناسی پژوهش: در این مطالعه نیمه تجربی 120 نفر از معلمان ورزش و مربیان باشگاه شهرستان مرودشت (70 مرد، 50 زن) پس از اخذ مجوز و جلب رضایت بصورت تصادفی وارد مطالعه شدند. جمع آوری داده ها از طریق پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بود. پایایی و روایی پرسشنامه ها از طریق آلفای کرونباخ و نظر متخصصان و اساتید مورد تائید قرار گرفت. پرسشنامه ها شامل بخش های (بیوگرافی، آگاهی تغذیه ای، نگرش تغذیه ای، عملکرد تغذیه ای، سطح فعالیت بدنی) بود. پس از تکمیل پرسشنامه ها تجزيه و تحليل يافتهها با استفاده از آزمون t مستقل و آزمون ضریب همبستگی پیرسون انجم شد(05/0 ≥P).
یافته ها: نتایج تحقیق تفاوت معناداری بین نگرش تغذیه ای و سطح فعالیت بدنی نشان داد که در بین معلم های ورزش بیشتر بود. در سایر موارد تفاوت معناداری مشاهده نشد (05/0≥P). همچنین نتایج آزمون همبستگی پیرسون نشان دادند، تنها بین سن و عملکرد تغذیه ای معلمان ورزش و مربیان باشگاه همبستگی معنی داری وجود دارد و در سایر موارد همبستگی معناداری وجود نداشت (05/0≤P).
بحث و نتیجه گیری: نتایج حاکی از وضعیت بالاتر از متوسط آگاهی، نگرش و عملکرد تغذیه ای در معلمان ورزش و مربیان باشگاهها بود با این وجود آموزش های تئوری و کاربردی بیشتری برای معلمان و مربیان ورزشی نیاز می باشد.
چکیده انگلیسی :
Introduction: Sports teachers and club trainers have an important responsibility in the lives of athletes because athletes often use them as a source of advice for various performance-related issues such as diet. The aim of this research was to compare the knowledge, attitude and nutritional performance of sports teachers and gym coaches.
research methodology: In this semi-experimental study, 120 sports teachers and coaches of Morodasht city(70 men,50 women)club were randomly included in the study after obtaining permission and obtaining consent. Data was collected through a researcher-made questionnaire. The reliability and validity of the questionnaires were confirmed through Cronbach's alpha and the opinions of experts and professors. The questionnaires included sections (biography, nutritional awareness, nutritional attitude, nutritional performance, physical activity level). After completing the questionnaires, the findings were analyzed using independent t-test and Pearson's correlation coefficient test. (P≤0.05).
Findings: The results of the research showed a significant difference between nutritional attitude and physical activity level, which was higher among sports teachers. In other cases, no significant difference was observed. (P≤ 0.05), Also, the results of Pearson's correlation test showed that there is a significant correlation only between age and nutritional performance of sports teachers and gym coaches and in other cases there was no significant correlation. (P≥ 0.05).
Conclusion: The results indicated a higher than average level of nutritional awareness, attitude and performance in sports teachers and club trainers, however, more theoretical and practical training is needed for sports teachers and trainers.
