چکیده مقاله :
فناوری های نوین جهت هوشمند کردن گستره های مختلف موضوعی است که می تواند به عنوان پیشران قدرتمند در تحولات آینده جهان باشد.از آنجایی که هوش مصنوعی علوم اجتماعی و علوم سیاسی را به طور عام و روابط بین الملل را به طور خاص تحت تأثیر قرار داده است لذا در این مقاله جایگاه هوش مصنوعی در گسترش روابط دیپلماتیک و سیاست خارجی(مطالعه موردی ایالات متحده آمریکا) جامعه آماری کلیه اساتید و متخصصین که در زمینه هوش مصنوعی و مطالعات آمریکا دارای دکتری تخصصی و فوق دکتری بودند، می باشد. این تحقیق، نمونه گیری به صورت گلوله برفی خطی انجام شد. ابزار گردآوری داده ها علاوه بر مراجعه به کتب و اسناد موجود، بهره گیری از پرسشنامه بسته در مقیاس لیکرت بود. این پژوهش با تکیه بر روش ترکیبی در سطح توصیفی - تحلیلی می کوشد پاسخگوی این سؤال باشد که جایگاه هوش مصنوعی در روابط بین الملل(مطالعه موردی ایالات متحده آمریکا )در ابعاد سیاست خارجی،اقتصاد،فرهنگی و نظامی چه می باشد؟ و چگونه می توان از این فناوری برتر در جهت تحکیم پایه های سیاسی نظام و روابط دیپلماتیک بهره گرفت؟ یافته های تحقیق حاکی از آن است که سرمایه گذاری کلان ایالات متحده در زمینه فناوری های نوین و هوش مصنوعی سبب دستیابی به مزیت رقابتی در این حوزه نسبت به سایر کشورهای توسعه یافته شده و به دنبال آن بهبود وضعیت اقتصادی و توسعه و تحقیق در این کشور فراهم گردیده است.این فناوری نوین به قدرت برتر نظام در سطح منطقه و جهان کمک شایانی خواهد نمود.
New technologies are aimed at making different areas smarter, which can be a powerful driving force in the future developments of the world.Since artificial intelligence has affected social sciences and political sciences in general and international relations in particular, therefore, in this article, the place of artificial intelligence in the expansion of diplomatic relations and foreign policy (case study of the United States of America) of the statistical community All the professors and specialists who had specialized doctorates and post-doctorates in the field of artificial intelligence and American studies.In this research, linear snowball sampling was done. In addition to referring to existing books and documents, the data collection tool was using a closed questionnaire on a Likert scale. This research, relying on the descriptive-analytical combined method, tries to answer the question of what is the place of artificial intelligence in international relations (case study of the United States of America) in terms of foreign policy, economy, culture and military?How can this superior technology be used to strengthen the political foundations of the system and diplomatic relations?The findings of the research indicate that the large investment of the United States in the field of new technologies and artificial intelligence has led to the achievement of a competitive advantage in this field compared to other developed countries, followed by the improvement of the economic situation and development and research in this country. has been provided. AI will greatly help the superior power of the system in the region and the world.
