چکیده مقاله :
هدف:هدف از این مطالعه، بررسی تأثیر یک دوره تمرین مقاومتی، بی تمرینی، باز تمرینی بر سطوح سرمی اینترلوکین-6(IL-6) در مردان میانسال است.روش: جامعه آماری 40 نفر از مردان میانسال بود، که بر اساس معیارهایی انتخاب شدند و به صورت تصادفی به دو گروه مداخله(20 نفر) و گروه کنترل(20 نفر) تقسیم شدند. پروتکل این پژوهش شامل: 12 هفته تمرین مقاومتی، سپس 24 هفته بی تمرینی و در نهایت بازتمرینی 12 هفته ای تمرینات مقاومتی بود، نمونه خونی جهت بررسی سطح سرمی IL-6 در مراحل مختلف تمرین جمع آوری و به شیوه الایزا اندازه گیری شد.
یافته ها:نتایج آزمون واریانس با اندازه گیری های مکرر در گروه های مختلف تمرین نشان داد که BMI افراد در مراحل مختلف پروتکل تمرینی کم شد (P=0.000) و اما تفاوت معنی داری در سطح سرمی IL-6 در مراحل مختلف پروتکل تمرین مشاهده نشد.(P=0.750).نتیجه گیری:یافته ها نشان می دهد که با افزایش سنIL-6 عامل مهمی در کاهش قدرت، کیفیت و عملکرد و سازگاری بدن است و در طول تمرین مقاومتی درکاهش توده چربی بدن موثر است و زمان طولانی تمرین بر التهاب تاثیری ندارد.
Aim: The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of a period of resistance training, rest, and retraining on serum interleukin-6 (IL-6) levels in men. Method: The statistical population was 40 middle-aged men, who were selected based on characteristics and randomly divided into two intervention groups (n = 20) and control group (n = 20). The protocol of this study included: 12 weeks of resistance training, then 24 weeks of rest. Training and finally retraining was 12 weeks of resistance training, blood samples were collected to examine serum IL-6 levels at different stages of training and measured by ELISA. Results: The results of the variance test with repeated measurements in different training groups showed that the BMI of the subjects decreased at different stages of the training protocol (P=0.000), but a significant difference in serum IL-6 levels was observed at different stages of the training protocol. (P=0.750).
Conclusion: The findings show that with increasing age, IL-6 is an important factor in the decline in strength, quality, performance, and body adaptation, and it is effective in reducing body fat mass during resistance training, and long-term training does not affect inflammation.
