بررسی نقش و جایگاه اجتماعی زنان سرپرست در بهبود اقتصاد معیشتی خانوارهای روستایی (نمونه موردی: مناطق روستایی شهرستان ممسنی)

چکیده مقاله :
هدف: مناطق روستایی به واسطه فعالیت‌های مختلف کشاورزی، صنعت و خدمات، همواره نقش مهمی در اقتصاد ملی ایفاء نموده‌اند. بخشی از اقتصاد این مناطق به فعالیت زنان وابسته است. لذا شناخت درست جایگاه آنها در مناطق روستایی می‌تواند به بهبود شرایط موجود و ارتقای آن کمک نماید. در این پژوهش هدف، بررسی بررسی نقش و جایگاه زنان سرپرست خانوار در بهبود اقتصاد معیشتی در مناطق روستایی شهرستان ممسنی و سپس تحلیل عوامل موثر در ارتقای وضع موجود است.
روش: روش تحقیق توصیفی-تحلیل و مبتنی بر گردآوری داده‌های میدانی است. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها پرسش نامه بوده که روایی آن از طریق نخبگان و پایایی نیز از طریق تکمیل 30 پرسش نامه و محاسبه ضریب کرونباخ بیشتر از 70/0 تایید شد. جامعه آماری پژوهش را زنان سرپرست خانوار در مناطق روستایی شهرستان نورآباد ممسنی تشکیل داده‌اند که حجم نمونه 115 نفر تعیین شد. تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون‌های آماری در نرم افزار spss انجام شد.
یافته‌ها: نتیجه پژوهش نشان داد وضعیت پایگاه اقتصادی-اجتماعی زنان سرپرست خانوار در مناطق روستایی در سطح کمتر از 05/0 0 معنادار و میانگین 720/3 تایید کننده وضعیت متوسط آن است. همچنین نتیجه آزمون تایید می‌نماید که نقش و جایگاه زنان سرپرست خانوار در اقتصاد معیشتی با معناداری کمتر از 05/0 و میانگین 513/2، ضعیف ارزیابی شده است. در این زمینه زنان سرپرست خانوار روستایی فقط در سه شاخص افزایش مهارت شغلی، افزایش دامدار ی و صنایع دستی به نسبت دیگر شاخص‌ها، وضعیت بهتری داشته‌اند.
نتایج: نتایج پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که پایگاه اقتصادی و اجتماعی زنان سرپرست خانوار در مناطق روستایی در سطح متوسط است، اما با چالش‌هایی مانند عدم مشارکت در تصمیم‌گیری‌های روستایی و کمبود حمایت برای اشتغال آنان مواجه هستند. عواملی مانند حمایت از کسب‌وکارهای خرد، بهبود سرمایه اجتماعی، ارائه آموزش و مشاوره، تأمین اعتبارات مالی و بازآفرینی جایگاه زنان روستایی می‌تواند نقش مؤثری در بهبود اقتصاد معیشتی این مناطق داشته باشد.
Introduction: Rural areas have always played an important role in the national economy due to various agricultural, industrial and service activities. A part of the economy of these regions depends on the activities of women. Therefore, knowing their position in rural areas can help to improve the existing conditions and improve it. In this research, the aim is to investigate the role and position of women heads of households in improving the livelihood economy in the rural areas of Mamsani county and then analyze the effective factors in improving the current situation.
Methods: The research method is descriptive-analytical and based on field data collection. The tool of data collection was a questionnaire, the validity of which was confirmed through elites and reliability through the completion of 30 questionnaires and the calculation of Cronbach's coefficient greater than 0.70. The statistical population of the research is made up of female heads of households in the rural areas of Noorabad Mamsani city, and the sample size was determined to be 115 people. Data analysis was done usng statistical tests in spss software.
