چکیده مقاله :
هدف از پژوهش حاضر، رابطه بین باورهای معرفت شناختی و سرمایه فکری از طریق جهت گیری ارزشی مدیران مدارس متوسطه نواحی چهارگانه شهر شیراز، بود. جامعه مورد مطالعه شامل کلیه مدیران مدارس متوسطه نواحی چهارگانه شهر شیراز به تعداد 650 نفر بود. که بر اساس جدول مورگان 242 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. در این پژوهش از روش نمونه گیری تصادفی طبقه ای استفاده شد. جهت گردآوري دادهها از سه پرسشنامه استاندارد جهتگیری ارزش شوارتز (1992)، سرمایه فکری بنتیس (2000) و باورهای معرفت شناختی شومر (1993) استفاده گرديد. در روش انجام پژوهش از روش تحقیق کاربردی، توصیفی و همبستگی استفاده شد. روایی پرسشنامه با تایید نهایی استاد راهنما و پایایی با محاسبه آلفای کرونباخ که برای هر سه پرسشنامه به ترتیب، 86/0 ، 91/0 و 84/0 می باشد. دادههای بهدستآمده با استفاده از آزمون همبستگی پیرسون، تی گروه های مستقل و معادلات ساختاری تحلیل شدند. نتايج نشان داد بین باورهای معرفت شناختی، جهت گیری ارزشی و سرمایه فکری رابطه مستقیم و معناداری برقرار بود. بین معلمان زن و مرد از لحاظ سرمایه فکری تفاوت معناداری وجود نداشته است. درنهایت؛ نقش واسطه ای جهت گیری ارزشی در رابطه باورهای معرفت شناختی و سرمایه فکری مورد تایید قرار گرفت.
چکیده انگلیسی :
The aim of the current research was the relationship between epistemological beliefs and intellectual capital with the mediating role of value orientation of secondary school principals in the four districts of Shiraz city. The studied population included all principals of secondary schools in the four districts of Shiraz city, numbering 650 people. Based on Morgan's table, 242 people were selected as samples. Stratified random sampling method was used in this research. In order to collect data, three standard questionnaires of value orientation of Schwartz (1992), intellectual capital of Bentis (2000) and epistemological beliefs of Schumer (1993) were used. Applied, descriptive and correlational research methods were used in the research method. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by the supervisor and the reliability was calculated by Cronbach's alpha, which is 0.86, 0.91 and 0.84 for all three questionnaires, respectively. The obtained data were analyzed using Pearson's correlation test, t-test of independent groups and structural equations. The results showed that there was a direct and significant relationship between epistemological beliefs, value orientation and intellectual capital. There was no significant difference between male and female teachers in terms of intellectual capital. Eventually; The mediating role of value orientation in the relationship between epistemological beliefs and intellectual capital was confirmed.
