نقش تعدیل کنندگی احساس امنیت در رابطه معرفت و خویشتنداری با سرزندگی

چکیده مقاله :
هدف از این پژوهش بررسی نقش تعدیل کنندگی احساس امنیت در رابطه خویشتنداری و سرزندگی در شهروندان شهر اصفهان بود. طرح پژوهش رابطهای از نوع تحلیل رگرسیون تعدیلی بود. جامعه آماری شامل شهروندان مرد و زن شهر اصفهان در سال 1399 بود. نمونه شامل 384 نفر به روش تصادفی در دسترس از بین جامعه آماری انتخاب شد. دادهها با استفاده از پرسشنامه فضائل انسانی (Thun & Kelloway, 2011)، پرسشنامه سرزندگی ذهنی (Ryan & Fredric, 1997) و پرسشنامه احساس امنیت (Mosahebi, 2019) جمع آوری شدند. برای تحلیل دادهها از تحلیل رگرسیون تعدیلی به روش سلسله مراتبی استفاده گردید. یافتهها نشان داد که از بین مولفههای احساس امنیت، امنیت روانی در رابطه معرفت و سرزندگی نقش تعدیلگر دارد. همچنین امنیت شغلی و امنیت سیاسی در رابطه خویشتنداری و سرزندگی نقش تعدیلگر ایفا میکنند (01/0>p).
The purpose of this study was to investigate of The Moderation role of felling of security in the relationship between self-control, wisdom and vitality in Citizens in city of Isfahan. Research design was correlational relationship. The statistical population was all of male and female Citizens in city of Isfahan in year 2020. The sample included 500 people were selected by simple randomly sampling. The data was collected by use human virtues questionnaire (Thun & Kelloway, 2011), mental vitality questionnaire (Ryan & Fredric, 1997) and felling of security questionnaire (Mosahebi, 2019). Data was analyzed by moderating regression analysis by hierarchical method. Results showed that psychological security has a moderating role between widsom and vitality. Also, Job security and political security have moderation roles between self-control and vitality (p<0.01).
