The aim of the present research was the effect of online cooperative learning based on the peer group method in achieving the sixth-grade science learning levels of female students. The method used in this research was a semi-experimental type with pre-test, post-test and control group, and the statistical population of this research was all sixth-grade female students of Jafar Abad city, Qom province in the academic year of 1400-1401.The sampling method was chosen as available, and the target sample included 50 students, 25 of whom were in the control group and 25 in the control group. Researcher-made questionnaires were used to collect data. The construct validity of this research was investigated using covariance analysis and the Cronbach's alpha method was used to calculate the reliability coefficient of the questionnaire, and an acceptable reliability rate of 0.94 was obtained. The jigsaw method was used to hold learning sessions. The results of the covariance analysis showed that the online cooperative learning intervention based on the peer group method has a significant effect only on the high levels of the cognitive domain (analysis, synthesis and evaluation). Also, the results showed that this learning intervention does not have a significant effect on the emotional and psychomotor areas of sixth grade female students.
