چکیده مقاله :
هدف از پژوهش حاضر شناسایی شاخص های موثر بر تربیت اقتصادی با رویکرد کارآفرینی در دوره ی ابتدایی آموزش و پرورش خراسان شمالی می باشد. پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف، کاربردی است که با روش کیفی داده بنیاد با رویکرد سیستماتیک منسوب به اشتراوس و کوربین انجام شد. جامعه آماری 20 نفر از اعضاء هیات علمی و خبرگان آشنا به تعلیم و تربیت و متخصصین حوزه های کارآفرینی و اقتصاد بود که با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری هدفمند و با در نظر گرفتن قانون اشباع تعداد 15 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. مولفه های الگوی تربیت اقتصادی با رویکرد کارآفرینی با استفاده از مصاحبه ی نیمه ساختار یافته و کد گذاری باز مورد شناسایی قرار گرفت . برای سنجش روایی کیفی، از روش بازبینی توسط اعضاء، بررسی همکار استفاده شد. از پایایی بازآزمون و روش توافق درون موضوعی برای محاسبه پایایی مصاحبه های انجام شده استفاده گردید. در مجموع تعداد 112 شاخص در چهار بعد و 11 مولفه مورد شناسایی قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد مولفه های اصلی تحت عنوان جنبه های فردی و شخصی با مضامین (شناخت توانمندی و استعدادها ، برنامه ریزی و هدف گرایی خلاقیت و نوآوری در ادراک مساله و حل آن)، فرهنگ و اخلاق اقتصادی (اصل هدفمندی و انگیزه مساله ، عدالت و التزام به قانون گرایی، اصل خیرخواهی و توجه به معنویات)، مفاهیم و علل اقتصادی (فرصت های بازار و ساز و کارهای آن، سواد مالی و ابزارهای آن، سواد اقتصادی و مفاهیم آن) و مهارت های اجتماعی (مهارت های ارتباطی ، مدیریت و توانایی شبکه سازی) می باشد.
The purpose of the current research is to identify the effective indicators on economic education with an entrepreneurial approach in the primary education period of North Khorasan. The current research is practical in terms of its purpose, which was carried out with a qualitative approach with an exploratory design. The statistical population included 20 faculty members and experts familiar with education and training and experts in the fields of entrepreneurship and economics, and 15 people were selected as a sample using the purposeful sampling method and considering the saturation law. The components of the model of economic education with an entrepreneurial approach were identified using semi-structured interviews and open coding. To measure the qualitative validity, the peer review method was used. Retest reliability and intra-subject agreement method were used to calculate the reliability of the conducted interviews. A total of 112 indicators were identified in four dimensions and 11 components. The results showed that the main components are under the title of individual and personal aspects with themes (recognition of capabilities and talents, planning and goal orientation, creativity and innovation in problem perception and solving it), culture and economic ethics (principle of purposefulness and motivation of the problem, justice and commitment to legalism, principle of benevolence and attention to spirituality), economic concepts and causes (market opportunities and its mechanisms, financial literacy and its tools, literacy economic and its concepts) and social skills (communication skills, management and networking ability).
