مقایسه ارزیابی عملکرد معلمان از طریق ویدئو دیتا با سایر روشهای موجود ارزیابی عملکرد تدریس

چکیده مقاله :
هدف پژوهش حاضر مقایسه ارزیابی عملکرد معلمان از طریق ویدئو دیتا با سایر روشهای موجود ارزیابی عملکرد تدریس بود و از رویکرد کمی ـ کیفی، از نوع متوالی استفاده شد. روش پژوهش کمی (توصیفی) و کیفی (مطالعه موردی) بود. جامعه آماری، شامل کلیه دبیران، مدیران و ارزیابان آموزشی مدارس مقطع متوسطه اول شهر سنندج در سال 91-92 به تعداد 238 نفر بود. نمونه با روش نمونهگیری تصادفی ـ خوشهای و حجم 142 نفر برای تحقیق کمی، با استفاده از جدول مورگان انتخاب شد و برای قسمت کیفی، از بین معلمان علوم با روش نمونهگیری در دسترس و نمونهگیری اشباع نظری با حجم 8 نفر مشارکت کننده که حاضر به فیلمبرداری و مصاحبه شدند، به اشباع رسید. ابزار اندازه گیری پرسشنامه محقق ساخته و مصاحبه نیمهساختمند بود. با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ، پایایی پرسشنامه 86/0 و تجزیه و تحلیل از طریق تحلیل عاملی تأییدی، فریدمن، تحلیل واریانس، آزمون تعقیبی شفه و آزمون t تک نمونهای با استفاده از نرم افزار lisrel و spss نسخه 19 انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد رویکرد پرسش محور با نظام کنونی تناسب بیشتری داشت. رویکردهای پاسخگویی/ بهبود و مدافعه اجتماعی در اولویتهای بعدی قرار گرفتند. استفاده ویدئو دیتا در ارزیابی عملکرد معلمان به منظور دستیابی به اهداف نظام ارزیابی عملکرد و حل مشکلات آن از نظر شرکتکنندگان مفید است.
The purpose of the recent study was to compare teachers’ function evaluation by Video Data with other methods of teaching function evaluation. The quantitative- qualitative approach, from the kind of succession was used. The method of the research was quantitative (descriptive) and qualitative (the case study). The statistical population included all the high schools’ educational teachers, principals, and evaluators in the first grade in Sanandag in 2012-2013, (238 people). The sampling was selected with the random- clustery method and there were 142 people for the quantitative research by using Morgan table. In the qualitative part, the available sampling was selected for the science teachers by using theoretical saturated sampling and there were 8 participants who allowed be interviewing and filming. The questionnaire tools were research- made and semi-structured interview. The reliability of the questionnaire was 0.86 by using Cronbach's alpha coefficient, and its analysis was done by the confirmatory factor analysis, Freedman, Variance analysis, Scheffe's test and one-sample t test using spss software version 19 and lisrel software. The findings showed was the the question- center approach had the most appropriate with the current system. Accountabbility/Improvement approaches and the social advocacy approach were next priorities. Using video data for teachers’ performance evaluation was useful in order to achieve the objectives of performance evaluation system and solve the problems of the current system.
