چکیده مقاله :
اهمیت دوره جوانی و نیز گستردگی اوقات فراغت در میان این گروه سنی حساسیتهای خاصی را جهت برنامهریزی در خصوص اوقات فراغت برانگیخته است. از آنجایی که فعالیتهای اوقات فراغت یکی از ضرورتهای زندگی دانشآموزان است؛ پژوهش حاضر به بررسی تأثیر برنامههای درسی اوقات فراغت بر مهارتهای فراغتی دانشآموزان پرداخت. از لحاظ طرح تحقیق، پژوهش حاضر در مجموعه تحقیقات شبه آزمایشی از نوع پژوهش موردی تک گروهی با پیش آزمون ـ پس آزمون بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش، شامل دانشآموزان پسر دوره متوسطه شهر مشهد بود که در فصل تابستان در فعالیتهای اوقات فراغت شرکت کردهاند که تعداد آنان 2996 نفر بود که از این تعداد 268 نفر به عنوان نمونه با استفاده از فرمول حجم نمونه کوکران انتخاب شدند و روش نمونهگیری در این پژوهش، خوشهای چند مرحلهای بوده است. برای جمعآوری اطلاعات از پرسشنامه (شامل 126 سؤال) استفاده شدکه مهارتهای اوقات فراغت (خودآگاهی، آگاهی از فراغت، تصمیم گیری مستقل، مهارتهای اجتماعی و روابط میان فردی و خودنظم جویی) را مورد سنجش قرار میداد. روایی این ابزار از طریق روایی محتوایی و پایایی آن از روش آلفای کرونباخ 76/، مورد تأیید قرار گرفت. برای پاسخ سؤالات پژوهش از آزمون t همبسته آزمون تحلیل کوواریانس استفاده شد. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که برنامههای درسی اوقات فراغت، مهارتهای فراغتی دانشآموزان را به طور معناداری افزایش داده است (000/0 (p < به عبارت دیگر، میتوان گفت که برنامههای درسی اوقات فراغت، بر مهارتهای فراغتی دانشآموزان اثرگذار بوده است.
Because of the importance of adulthood and the vast amount of leisure time during this period, the leisure curriculum has been highly noticed. Since leisure activities are of the necessities of students' life, this research was conducted to study about the effect of leisure curriculum on Leisure Skills.The research method was quasi-experimental and one group pretest -posttest design was used. The statistical population was composed of 2996 male secondary school students in Mashhad who had participated in recreation programs during the summer. The sample size consisted of 268 student were selected by Kukran formula. Cluster random sampling was used, too. To collect the data, a questionnaire (including126 questions) was utilized to measure the skills of leisure time including self-awareness, leisure awareness, decision making, social skills and the self-regulatory. The validity of the instrument was obtained through content validity and its reliability was measured by Cronbach's alpha as 0/76. For data analysis, t-test was used. The results indicated that leisure curriculum significantly increased the students' leisure skills (p>0.000). in other words, leisure curriculum has a great impact on students' leisure skills.
