Determining the structural effects resilience variables is necessary for implementing the suitable decision in supply chain based on the type of variables impacts. The purpose of this study is to determine the structural effects of supply chain resilience in auto-parts manufacturing in Iran. The research method is descriptive - survey with the approach of modeling and according to the identification of relationships between variables. Samples are experts who have been determined supply chain resiliency variables by fuzzy Delphi analysis. Then the effects of variables designed by Interpretive structural modeling (ISM). According to the presented model, it was found that, strategic cost management has very high influence power and is a fundamental variable for resilience in supply chain. Risk management, partnership and redundancy have a high influence in resilience. The redundancy variable has a high penetration power and affects six variables. The variable of flexibility, innovation and quality, have the same influence power and degree of interdependence, and as they are depended to redundancy effect, they are in same stage. The variables of agility, productive delivery is also highly dependent and have little influence, these variables affect customer loyalty and are dependent on other variables. The customer loyalty is considered as a fully dependent variable and that the final variable for resilience that show customer satisfaction and loyalty is final condition for supply chain resilience.
