تحلیل جامعه شناختی کیفیت زندگی زنان در شهر تهران

چکیده مقاله :
کیفیت زندگی یکی از مولفه های کلیدی در تکوین سیاست گذاری اجتماعی و یکی از مهم ترین شاخص های توسعه اجتماعی است که براساس آن می توان سلامت زیست فردی و اجتماعی جامعه را مورد ارزیابی قرار داد. يکي از اقشار اجتماعي كه همواره برنامهريزان ونهادهاي حمايتي، شرايط رفاهي يا كيفيت زندگي آنها را بررسي كرده اند زنان است. هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر بررسی كيفيت زندگي زنان درشهر تهران و نقش متغيرهاي زمينه اي تأثیرگذار بر آن بود. روش پژوهش حاضر پیمایشی و ابزار گردآوری داده ها نیزپرسشنامه است. جامعه آماری پژوهش کلیه زنان ساکن درمناطق 22گانه شهر تهران بودند، که به شیوه نمونه گیری خوشه ای چند مرحله ای، از بین مناطق گوناگون، سه خوشه بالا، متوسط و پایین برای جمع آوری داده ها انتخاب شد که براساس فرمول کوکران حجم نمونه 1200 نفری بدست آمد که به نسبت مساوی در خوشه های سه گانه مناطق تقسیم شد. یافته ها نشان داد که میانگین کیفیت زندگی زنان پایینتر از حد متوسط است و از بین حیطه های کیفیت زندگی، به ترتیب میانگین، حیطه های اشتغال، درآمد و معیشت، وضعیت اوقات فراغت، عدالت توزیعی، حمایت اجتماعی، كيفيت محیطی، سلامت جسمی و روانی و تعاملات و همبستگی اجتماعی قرار دارند. نتیجه آزمون رابطه بین متغیرهای زمینه ای و کیفیت زندگی زنان نشان داد که کیفیت زندگی زنان متأثر از سن، وضع تأهل، بعد خانوار، تحصيلات، شغل، درآمد و مدت زندگی مشترک آنان با همسر است.
Quality of life is one of the key components in the development of social policy and one of the most important indicators of social development, based on which the individual and social health of the community can be assessed. One of the social groups that planners and support institutions have always examined the welfare conditions or quality of life, is women. The aim of the present research was to investigate the quality of life of women in Tehran and the role of influential contextual variables on it. The research method was survey-based, and the data collection tool was a questionnaire. The statistical population of the research included all women residing in the 22 districts of Tehran, from which three clusters—high, medium, and low—were selected for data collection using multi-stage cluster sampling. According to Cochran's formula, a sample size of 1,200 was obtained, which was equally distributed among the three clusters. The findings indicated that the average quality of life of women is below the average level, and among the domains of quality of life, the average rankings are as follows: employment, income and livelihood, leisure time status, distributive justice, social support, environmental quality, physical and mental health, and social interactions and cohesion. The results of the test of the relationship between contextual variables and the quality of life of women showed that the quality of life of women is influenced by age, marital status, household size, education, occupation, income, and the duration of their cohabitation with their spouse.
