چکیده مقاله :
این پژوهش که با هدف نقش تعدیلکننده نگرش به مدیریت منابع انسانی سبز در رابطه میان آگاهی محیط زیستی و عملکرد دوستدار محیط زیست (مورد مطالعه: پتروشیمی پترو آرمند لردگان) انجام گرفته است؛ از نظر روش، توصیفی- پیمایشی از نوع همبستگی با ماهیت کاربردی و از لحاظ زمانی مقطعی است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل کلیه کارکنان پتروشیمی پتروآرمند لردگان است که با استفاده از روش سرشماری تعداد 70 نفر به عنوان نمونه آماری انتخاب شد. ابزار اندازه گیری تحقیق، سه پرسشنامه استاندارد برای متغیرهای پژوهش بود که برای اندازهگیری روایی پرسشنامهها از روش صوری و محتوایی و برای تعیین پایایی آن آلفای کرونباخ استفاده شد که مقدار آن برابر 953/0برآورد گردید. تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها با استفاده از نرمافزارهای Spss27 و Smart Pls4 انجام شد. برای بررسی نرمال بودن دادهها از آزمون کولموگروف اسمیرنوف و برای آزمون فرضیه از روش معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد آگاهی محیط زیستی و نگرش به مدیریت منابع انسانی سبز بر عملکرد دوستدار محیط زیست تاثیر دارد؛ همچنین نگرش به مدیریت منابع انسانی سبز رابطه بین آگاهی محیط زیستی و عملکرد دوستدار محیط زیست را تعدیل کرد.
This research aims to investigate the moderating role of green Human Resource Management (HRM) attitude on the relationship between environmental awareness and eco-friendly performance. The study employs a descriptive-correlational research design with a cross-sectional time frame. The population of the study includes all employees of Petro Armand Lordegan Petrochemical Company. Using a census method, 70 employees were selected as the sample size. Three standardized questionnaires were used to measure the research variables. Content and face validity methods were used to assess the validity of the questionnaires, and Cronbach's alpha was used to determine their reliability, which was found to be 0.953. Data analysis was performed using SPSS 27 and Smart PLS 4 software. The Kolmogorov-Smirnov test was used to check the normality of the data, and structural equation modeling was used to test the hypotheses. The results of the study showed that environmental awareness and green HRM attitude have a significant impact on eco-friendly performance. Additionally, green HRM attitude moderates the relationship between environmental awareness and eco-friendly performance.
