تأثیر آموزش خودگویی انگیزشی بر کاهش حرکت هراسی در ورزشکاران آسیب دیده

چکیده مقاله :
هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی تأثیر آموزش خودگویی انگیزشی بر کاهش حرکت هراسی در ورزشکاران آسیب دیده ورزشی میباشد.
روش پژوهش: روش پژوهش حاضر، از نوع نیمهتجربی(پیشآزمون- پسآزمون) با استفاده از یک گروه آزمایش و یک گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری این تحقیق، شامل تمامی ورزشکاران آسیب دیده تمامی رشته های ورزشی شهر تبریز در سال 1401- 1402 بودند. از جامعه مورد مطالعه تعداد 30 نفر بصورت در دسترس انتخاب و سپس در 2 گروه بطور تصادفي جايگزين شدند. سپس برای گروه آزمایش اول خودگویی (8 جلسه؛ هفتهای 2 جلسۀ یک و نيم ساعته) عصر ها از ساعت 17-30/15 اعمال و گروه کنترل آموزشی دریافت ننمودند. براي تجزيه و تحليل دادهها از تحليل كواريانس استفاده شد.
یافتهها: قبل از شروع تمرینات و بعد از اتمام پرسشنامه مقیاس حرکتهراسی تمپا توسط شرکت کنندگان تکمیل شد. نتایج نشان داد که اثر گروه در سطح احتمال 99 درصد معنادار میباشد (001/0 = p، 58/0 = مجذور اتا، 42/29 = F). یعنی پس از تعدیل نمرات پیشآزمون، میزان حرکت هراسی در پسآزمون در گروه کنترل و گروه آزمایش دارای تفاوت معناداری میباشد. و میزان حرکت هراسی در گروه آزمایش (82/118 = m) بطور معناداری بیشتر از گروه کنترل (60/80 = m) است.
نتیجهگیری: نتایج نشان داد که خودگویی بر میزان حرکت هراسی تأثیر مثبت معناداری دارد.
Objective: The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of motivational self-talk training on reducing movement phobia in athletes with sports injuries.
Methods: The present research method was semi-experimental (pre-test-post-test) using an experimental group and a control group. The statistical population of this research included all injured athletes of all sports fields in Tabriz city in 2022-2023. From the studied population, 30 people were selected as available and then randomly replaced in 2 groups. Then, for the first experimental group, self-talk (8 sessions; 2 one-and-a-half-hour sessions per week) was applied in the evenings from 15:30-17:00, and the control group did not receive training. Analysis of covariance was used to analyze the data.
Results: Before starting the exercises and after finishing, the Tempa phobia scale questionnaire was completed by the participants. The results showed that the group effect is significant at the 99% probability level (p = 0.001, eta square = 0.58, F = 29.42). That is, after adjusting the pre-test scores, there is a significant difference in the amount of movement phobia in the post-test in the control group and the experimental group. And the amount of movement phobia in the experimental group (m = 118.82) is significantly higher than the control group (m = 80.60).
Conclusions: The results showed that self-talk has a significant positive effect on the amount of movement phobia.
