The paper contains a description of a research conducted in collaboration with some Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs program Romanian students, concerning the use and implementation of ICT (Information and Telecommunication Technology), especially in distance managing Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). The paper is a response to the nature of contemporary business management, with the constantly increasing amount of work, bureaucracy and the necessity to travel on business combined with the need to manage the company being away. In the research the students assumed the roles of the employees and entrepreneurs simultaneously, to gain the perspective from both points of view – supervised by the authors. The aim was to find and test the effectiveness of the available ICT remote management instruments in the context of SMEs. The aim was to create a study of implementation in real-life conditions, considering the advantages and disadvantages of the solutions tested, including possible future trends. The result was a set of recommendations for business people. Apart from the educational value of the research, the unique, dual perspective assumed by the students participating in it, provided them with a practical insight and skills to better understand and make a better use of the conditions of managing and being managed. The results described here both practical and academic value. The resulting recommendations may constitute the basis of positive changes and improvement in the use of advanced technology in business activities. It is worth noting with its international character the study focuses not only on selected Polish enterprises, but the resulting contents reflects the situation in SMEs in the EU as well, thus it may be a starting point for analyzing other regions worldwide. In many applications, discrimination among decision making units (DMUs) is a problematic technical task procedure to decision makers in data envelopment analysis (DEA). The DEA models unable to discriminate between extremely efficient DMUs. Hence, there is a growing interest in improving discrimination power in DEA yet. The aim of this paper is ranking extreme efficient DMUs in DEA based on exploiting the leave-one out idea and combining of Manhattan and infinity norms with constant and variable returns to scale. The proposed method has been able to overcome the existing difficulties in some ranking methods. Manuscript profile

In this paper, a multi-objective enhanced imperialist competitive algorithm (MOEICA) is presented. The main structures of the original ICA are employed while some novel approaches are also developed. Other than the non-dominated sorting and crowding distance methods which are used as the main tools for comparing and ranking solutions, an auxiliary comparison approach called fuzzy possession is also incorporated. This new provision enables more countries to participate in guiding the population towards different searching routs. Moreover the computational burden of the algorithm is abated by carrying out the hefty sorting process not at each iteration but at some predefined intervals. The frequency of which is controlled by on optional parameter. Furthermore, the recreation of empires and imperialists several times during the optimization progress, encourages better exploration and less chance to get trapped in local optima. The eligibility of the algorithm is tested on fifteen benchmark functions in terms of different performance metrics. The results through the comparison with NSGA-II and MOPSO shows that the MOEICA is a more effective and reliable multi-objective solver with being able to largely cover the true Pareto fronts (PFs) for the test functions applied in this article Manuscript profile

Model identification is an important and complicated step within the autoregressive integrated moving average (ARIMA) methodology framework. This step is especially difficult for integrated series. In this article first investigate Box-Jenkins methodology and its faults in detecting model, and hence have discussed the problem of outliers in time series. By using this optimization method, we will overcome this problem. The method that used in this paper is better than the Box-Jenkins in term of optimality time. Manuscript profile

Tourism as a necessity for economic development in many countries, therefore, in this study we intended to investigate the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of Halal tourism in Gilan province, by using SWOT model to introduce strategic solutions to further developments. This study is practical based on questionnaire in terms of practical objectives, in terms of data collection. The population of this study was 25 tourism experts, which according to Morgan table, 24 people were selected as sample size.To identify relationships and priority setting criteria , at first internal and external factors were identified and then multi-criteria decision-making models and AHP model was used. After that by using internal factors evaluation matrix (IFE) and external (EFE) final weight determined and at the end the model was design and the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats were analyzed .The result of SWOT analysis in this research indicates that strategies for Gilan provinces according its environmental strengths and opportunities should be offensive strategy. Surveys show that due to the diversity of tourist attractions and geographical location of Gilan province, this province has the necessary capabilities to develop Halal tourism Manuscript profile

One of the most serious principles in production theory in economic is the principle of "efficiency". Simply put, efficiency can be defined as the demand that the desired goals (outputs) are achieved with the minimum use of the available resources (inputs). In order to, distinguish the relative efficiency of organizational units with multiple inputs to produce multiple outputs, "Data Envelopment Analysis" (DEA) method was introduced by Charnes, Cooper and Rhodes. In fact, DEA is a linear mathematical programming which calculates the efficiency of an organization within a group relative to observed best practice within that group. Unlike common statistical analysis which are based on central tendencies, it is a methodology directed at the frontier. Recently, DEA has become one of the most favorite fields in operations research. The background was a motivation for us to in this paper, via running the CCR model in "DEA-Solver Software", present data envelopment analysis from simulation on the lattice QCD with temporal extent N_τ=4,6, respectively. Astonishingly, results are derived for both cases, indicating the fact that efficient data set belong to the areas of high temperature (deconfinement phase). It is very interesting to highlight that even an efficient data has not reported at low temperature (confinement phase). Note that the data obtained at the critical temperature is also efficient. As expected from practical lattice QCD, the DEA-CCR model presented in this paper also confirms the fact which the best data set arises from simulation in continuum limit a→0. Indeed, by taking the limit of vanishing lattice spacing, the efficiency of algorithms can be further. Manuscript profile
