This paper applies a new multi attribute decision-making (MADM) model to help companies for enterprise resource planning (ERP) selection problem based on Balanced Score Card method. This paper uses three-parameter interval grey numbers which is derived from Grey theory (was proposed by J. Deng). This numbers is used instead of linguistic variables. Beside, a new weighting method that outcomes from combination of SMARTER and Shannon Entropy methods and also a new ranking method (Grey ELECTRE method) that is generalization of ELECTRE I for three parameter interval grey numbers are used in this paper. Finally an industrial case study for ERP selection is discussed Manuscript profile

Universities have a magnificent role in the sustainable development of their country and international scientific production of their country. Purpose of this paper is expansion of using balance scorecard in universities In order to improve performance of universities in learning and educating. The Balanced Scorecard (BSC) is an extensively adopted performance management framework in a lot of organizations and first introduced in the early 1990s. The Balanced Scorecard is a pure measurement system and it has been proposed as the basic for a Strategic Management System. We can describe the Balanced Scorecard as a meticulously picked out set of measures derived from an organization’s strategy. Achieving all of objective in the real world is rigorous and in many times it is impossible therefore researcher proposed goal programming as a solution. This paper intend to treat this problem by using an integrated approach base on fuzzy DEMATEL and Shapley value for determining the priority of objective and goal programming is aimed to reduce deviation from goals Manuscript profile

In recent years, the problem of selecting and evaluating the suppliers in supply chain management has aroused considerable interest in business firms. Owing to the development of information systems, reaching an appropriate decision for adopting discrete methods is a need. The researchers intend to present a new model in this paper as a contributing factor in the grey environment in which the risk factor is evaluated high. The model decreases uncertainty in terms of two phases: A phase in parameter in terms of three -parameter interval grey numbers (the numbers are elicited from grey theory) instead of linguistic variables; in the other phase, we use a combination of AHP method and Bulls-eye method. A new method is used to rank suppliers that are due to generalization of ELECTRE I for three- parameter interval grey numbers named Grey-ELECTRE. Finally, a case study is brought to show application of the model in practical situation. Manuscript profile

This study presents a structural evaluation methodology to link key performance indicators (KPIs) into a strategy map of the balanced scorecard (BSC) for banking institutions. Corresponding with the four BSC perspectives (finance, customer, internal business process, and learning and growth), the most important evaluation indicators of banking performance are synthesized from the relevant literature and screened by a committee of experts. The Fuzzy Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory (FDEMATEL) method, a multiple criteria analysis tool, is then employed to determine the causal relationships between the KPIs, to identify the critical central and influential factors. According to the expert evaluations and Analytic Network Process, the three most essential KPIs for banking performance are, "customer satisfaction", "sales performance", and "customer retention rate". The DEMATEL results demonstrate a clear road map to assist management in prioritizing the performance indicators and focusing on the strategy related activities into the crucial indicators. According to the constructed strategy map, management could better invest limited resources in the areas that need improvement most Manuscript profile

In the last decades an increasing number of clubs, associations, and partnerships behind professional team sports have become business enterprises as well; as regards their income and number of employees, there are numerous companies managing sports clubs in the medium sized enterprise sector. By nature of being businesses that manage sports, successful performance is usually the number one strategic consideration. An efficient performance evaluation system is essential for controlling, monitoring and improving team sports. This paper explores the use of a management tool: balanced scorecard (BSC), which facilitates managers to meet multiple strategic goals, and fuzzy linguistic method for evaluating team sports performance. BSC is a strategic planning and management system that is used extensively in business and industry, government and nonprofit organizations. First, Twenty-five measures of sustainable performance were recognized through expert questionnaires and through the fuzzy Delphi method (FDM), then a model is developed for measuring the acceptable performance of team sports based on the interaction financial, customers, internal business process and learning and growth perspective. After that, BSC structure integrated with fuzzy linguistic is proposed for measuring and improving the quality. The aim of this study was to build a performance evaluation system for team sports and use a fuzzy linguistic to convert the subjective cognition of managers into an information entity and confirmation of improvement.
