نقش میانجی تصمیمگیری هوشمند در رابطه بین انعطافپذیری فناوری و تیم پذیری

چکیده مقاله :
این پژوهش با هدف مطالعه نقش میانجی تصمیمگیری هوشمند در رابطه بین انعطافپذیری فناوری و تیم پذیری انجام گرفت. پژوهش از لحاظ هدف کاربردی و از بعد شیوه¬ی اجرا رویکرد مدلسازی معادله ساختاری ماتریس همبستگی- کوواریانس محور است. جامعه¬ی پژوهش، کلیه¬ی مدیران مدارس ابتدایی استان کرمانشاه بودند که از این جامعه با روش نمونه¬گیری تصادفی طبقه¬ای نسبتی و بر مبنای فرمول کوکران، نمونه ای به حجم 320 نفر انتخاب شد. ابزارها شامل پرسشنامه های انعطافپذیری فناوری و تصمیمگیری هوشمند محقق ساخته و تیم پذیری سلطانی (2008) بود که روایی محتوایی آن ها از نظر متخصصان مورد تایید قرار گرفت. پایایی پرسشنامه¬¬ها از طریق آلفای کرونباخ برای انعطافپذیری فناوری 91/0، تصمیمگیری هوشمند 95/0 و تیم پذیری 89/0 محاسبه شد. برای تحلیل داده¬ها از تکنیک¬های تحلیل توصیفی و تحلیل استنباطی با استفاده از نرم¬افزارهای SPSS و LISREL استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد: انعطافپذیری فناوری تأثیر مستقیم بر تیم پذیری و تصمیمگیری هوشمند دارد، همچنین تصمیم گیری هوشمند تأثیر مستقیم بر تیم پذیری دارد و در پایان انعطافپذیری فناوری تأثیر غیرمستقیم از طریق تصمیمگیری هوشمند بر تیم پذیری دارد.
Abstract This research was conducted with the aim of studying the mediating role of intelligent decision-making in the relationship between technology flexibility and team reception. The research is applied in terms of the objective and in terms of the method of implementation, the structural equation modeling approach of the correlation-covariance matrix is oriented. The research population was all principals of elementary schools in Kermanshah province, and a sample of 320 people was selected from this population by proportional stratified random sampling based on Cochran's formula. The tools include researcher-made technology flexibility and intelligent decision-making questionnaires and Soltani's team reception (2008) whose content validity was confirmed by experts. The reliability of the questionnaires was calculated through Cronbach's alpha for 0.91 technology flexibility, 0.95 intelligent decision making and 0.89 team reception. Descriptive analysis and inferential analysis techniques were used for data analysis using SPSS and LISREL software. The results showed that technology flexibility has a direct effect on team reception and intelligent decision making also, intelligent decision-making has a direct impact on team reception and finally, technology flexibility has an indirect effect on team reception through intelligent decision making.
