Customer is the axis of organizations' activities and the mission of all modern organizations is based on the customer. Quality as a concern and concept of management is defined in relation to customer satisfaction. Regarding the common purpose of customer knowledge management and quality function development technique, this research is to evaluate automobile industry emphasizing the types of customer knowledges to analyze and investigate QFD method in customer satisfaction using Matrices to assess external factors (EFEM) to evaluate internal factors (IFEM). Quantitative Strategic planning (QSPM) has lead to create a significant relation between QFD and each of the following matrices and eventually QSPM. Finally, according to the results acquired EFEM، IFEM and total attractiveness of each customer will use the result of QSPM. This matrix is to identify and acquire any type of customer knowledge used in each stage of QFD that is the result of applying Quality Function Deployment (QFD) and Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM) to determine customers knowledge explained in Knowledge Management. Determining the type of customer knowledge management in each stage of QFD is also provided that is the ability to manage customer knowledge in organization. A database is created between the respective units reducing the time and labor experts. This study is conducted in two parts including theoretical and field. Theoretical part is based on library studies and in the field through non-structured interviews. Manuscript profile

In financial matters, portfolio can be interpreted as a combination or a series of investments hold by an institution or a person. Portfolio optimization is one of the most important concerns of investors for maximizing the portfolio in financial markets. The formation of portfolio is a vital and critical decision for the companies. In fact, the selection of portfolio is to specify the capital between different shares. So, selecting a portfolio by high returns rate and controlled risk is a matter noted by many researchers. The present ways of optimization the portfolio have not sufficient adequacy. Therefore, so many innovative algorithms are considered and used. Genetic algorithm can solve many optimization problems of portfolio efficiently. The aim of this research is to completely explain genetic algorithm when using it to optimize portfolio matters. The researcher tries to develop an approach based on a multi-objective algorithm known as NSGA-II to form a portfolio. 30 superior companies listed in Tehran stock Exchange are selected as the population and their data are used during 2007-2011. The results indicate that genetic algorithm designed is an efficient and appropriate means to help the investors to select a portfolio Manuscript profile

Development as a main concern of the governors, politicians, socio-economic planners has attracted so many attentions and regional differences in the process of national development are a main field of policy-making and planning. It is true that when the polarization of development is continued and caused to make a gap between their per capita income and other areas. Regional differences between the cities in West Azerbaijan Province have caused to evaluate development and underdevelopment of this area by using formal statistics and statistical model of numerical taxonomy. The results represent that closeness to international borders has no effect on the development, but linguistic and ethnic differences are a determinant factor in the level of development in these cities. The effect of consumers' perception of the country originating a brand is powerful tool used to understand the customer needs, increase the satisfaction and ultimately the profitability of the organization. Questionnaire methods designed to gather so many customers, managers and the experts in washing products provide appropriate results by refining and analyzing the data to make decision about management strategies of the customers. The measurement tool of this research is a questionnaire made by the researcher consisted of 20 questions based on Likert 5-item spectrum in four sections in which, by using Cronbach's alpha, the reliability of the hypotheses perceived quality, brand, knowledge of the brand, brand loyalty and brand associations are 0.957, 0.924, 0.934 and 0.922 respectively. The research validity is examined and confirmed through content validity. To analyze the data collected through the statistics inside and outside of the country, structural equation modeling and the software SPSS and Liser are used. The findings represent that the experts agree on the importance of the hypotheses. The mean of the importance of each hypothesis is moderate to high. Manuscript profile

One of the features of democratic political systems is its accountability to respond their own responsibility. The media as a powerful element of civilization affecting public thoughts plays an important role in government responsiveness. To achieve this goal, the present study tries to investigate the effect of media on the improvement of the accountability of the government agencies. The statistical society of this research includes all male students of Ghaemshahr Azad University. 320 students are selected through sampling method by using Kerjesy and Morgan table. Applied research method is used in this survey. A questionnaire is used to collect the data required. In order to validate the instrument, appropriate questions related to each variable are extracted through valid sources and finally approved by authorities. To calculate the reliability of the questionnaire, Cronbach’s alpha is calculated to be 89. Since, the distribution of the data is normal, parametric statistical tests are used to testify the hypotheses. The findings represent that the media can be effective in making public organizations responsive by leading and training the public, unifying demands and monitoring and broadcasting. However, the results reveal that if the media are free and independent, the responsibility can be done better. Finally, it is concluded that in comparison to other media, TV is much more powerful than other medium. Manuscript profile

This paper is to identify the determinants of risk management and measure its impact on strategic management in Tondgooyan Petrochemical Company during 2013-2014 in Mahshahr city. The research method used is a descriptive-survey one. The population contains 200 employees. To test the hypotheses, the researcher uses a questionnaire consisted of 45 questions. The results are tested by Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, Friedman rank, Hearts of Fit chi-square, T singleton group. The findings represent that, from the perspective of company employees, risk management can largely affect strategic management including risk transfer, risk avoidance, risk reduction, risk acceptance. In terms of content, activities and outcomes, it is widely effective on strategic management. Also, according to Friedman rank test, between the mean scores of the effectiveness determinants of risk management including content, activities, circumstances, consequences, there are significant differences on strategic management. The effectiveness of risk management, strategic management, by an average content of ratings (88/2) top and their access and impact in terms of risk management, strategic management, by an average rating (17/2) the weakest effect is represented. Information accompanied with the technology supporting it is valuable asset in many organizations. As organizations are highly depended on IT, implementing IT effective governance is necessary for them. IT governance areas affecting business are strategic alignment, risk management, performance management, resource management and providing value. The main question of this study is that, for establishing effective IT governance in Saipa, which mechanism of IT governance is more important? In order to answer the question, by using company's experts in the field of information technology and multi-criteria decision-making methods, the weight of IT governance focus areas are determined and then the prioritization of IT governance mechanisms is done by the use TOPSIS method. The results represent that in structures mechanisms, functions of IT governance and committees are of the highest importance. Also, in process mechanisms, the main processes of IT governance and performance evaluation have the highest value. Although relational mechanisms have lower priority, account management, knowledge management and leadership are more significant. Manuscript profile

Different areas of modern financial tools and processes activities contain the matters like innovations in financial tools engineering and risk management. Derivatives and especially stock exchange option is part of this innovation. Among all numerical procedures in calculating the value of derivatives and the risk sensitivity parameters of option, binomial models are widely used. In this study, call and put option prices and the parameters include Delta, Gamma, Vega, Theta and Rho are calculated for 37 active companies in autumn 2012 by binomial model. At first, based on the final prices in winter 2012, volatility of stock estimated as the standard deviation of the return provided by the stock of each companies and option contract is written on stock of the companies with a maturity of 6 months (expired in 22 september 2013). By analyzing the model outputs and surveying the movement and changes in stock price and option price by binomial model and also measuring option price sensitivity to the changes (changes in stock prices, delta, volatility, expiration time and interest rate) the risk management of trading positions taken by investors will be expressed.
