  پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارائه مدلی جهت تحلیل و ارزیابی تأمین کنندگان در اداره تدارکات پتروشیمی بندر امام بر مبنای روش تحلیل سلسله مراتبی با داده های غیرقطعی (خاکستری) به انجام رسید. جامعه آماری تحقیق حاضر، یک گروه خبره 20 نفره از مدیران و کارکنان ارشد اداره تدارکات پتروشیمی بندر امام بودند جهت انتخاب این افراد، سعی شد بعد از تهیه فهرستی کامل، از طریق روش نمونه برداری غیر تصادفی "قضاوتی"، مطلع ترین افراد در حوزه موضوع پژوهش انتخاب و در فرایند تحقیق شرکت داده شوند. ابزار اصلی جمع آوری داده ها در این تحقیق، پرسشنامه هایی بود که بنا به اهداف مختلف طراحی گردید و بعد از اخذ تأییدیه از استاد محترم راهنما، در میان جامعه آماری مورد نظر توزیع شد. بعد از توزیع و جمع آوری داده ها، انجام تجزیه و تحلیل های لازمه از طریق نرم افزار های اس.پی.اس.اس، اکسپرت چویس و اکسل در دستور کار قرار گرفت. در این فرایند، آنالیزهایی همچون آزمون تی (t) و فرایند تحلیل سلسله مراتبی خاکستری به انجام رسید. سرانجام، نتایج تحقیق منجر به شناسایی 4 معیار اصلی (معیار تأمین کننده، معیار عملکرد محصول، معیار عملکرد خدمت، معیار هزینه) و 27 عامل گردید و رتبه آنها تعیین شد. لازم به ذکر است که این پژوهش از لحاظ هدف کاربردی، از لحاظ رویکرد پیمایشی و از نوع مطالعات اکتشافی می باشد. پرونده مقاله

  This paper presents the development of a model based decision support system with a case study on solving the supplier selection problem in a chemical processing industry. For the evaluation and selection of supplier, the analytical hierarchy process (AHP) and grey relational analysis (GRA) were used. The intention of the study is to propose an appropriate platform for process industries in selecting suppliers, which was tested with an electroplating industry during the course of development. The sensitivity analysis was performed in order to improve the robustness of the results with regard to the relative importance of the evaluation criteria and the parameters of the evaluation process. Finally, a practical implementation study was carried out to reveal the procedure of the proposed system and identify the suitable supplier with detailed discussions about the benefits and limitations. پرونده مقاله

  The relationship between the manufacturer and supplier has changed from one of competition into that of greater cooperation during recent years. The selection and evaluation of suppliers are primary and important issues when an enterprise implements Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) and Total Quality Management (TQM). Much research indicates that most enterprises tend to evaluate their suppliers based largely on quality, delivery, and price performance. However, an analysis tool which can simultaneously integrate numerical decision criteria is rare, especially those suitable for evaluating various operational aspects, such as industry categories, purchase types, or production strategies. Based on this reason, an integrated model using multiple performance indices to construct a supplier performance evaluation chart (SPEC) is presented in this study. It is a graphic portrayal that can simultaneously display each supplier’s performance of quality, delivery, and price through the use of a categorical symbol and its location on the SPEC. Based on the expected levels for each evaluation criteria, the manager can mark a target region on the SPEC so that an existing or new supplier’s ability to achieve the preset level is effectively and conveniently indicated. Finally, an illustration is provided as a practical application. پرونده مقاله
