  By moving societies toward globalization and the expansion of competition in the industrial product market, human resource efficiency more than ever has become the determining factor in the competitiveness of industrial products in domestic and foreign markets and thus the profitability of the industry. The main objective of this study is to identify and explain the factors affecting the efficiency of human resources in the processing industry (rice) in Guilan Province. The research method is descriptive and analytical. The study sample consisted of officials and personnel working in rice mills that have at least a high school diploma and experts on rice processing industry in Agriculture Organization that, according to the relevant authorities, 3750 people in rice workshops and 130 people are working in the Agricultural Jihad Organization in Guilan Province. Out of these, a sample of 350 participants were selected by stratified and cluster sampling. To collect data, labor productivity questionnaire and ACHIEVE model containing 24 items were used. The validity of this study was estimated by a Cronbach's alpha, which was equal to 0.90 and was indicative of high validity of the questionnaire. To analyze the data, one sample t-test was employed using SPSS software. The results of the study revealed that employees had the required ability, understanding, organizational support, motivation, feedback, reliability, and compatibility. The results also suggested that there was not statistically significant difference between men and women in terms of the productivity of human resources. Human resources productivity was different between different age groups. According to the average productivity of human resources in different age categories, the average productivity of human resources among people ranging in age from 20-30 years was more likely than others. Variance analysis comparing the average of the four groups (diploma, associate degree, undergraduate, and graduate) with a significant level up to 0.05 showed that there was no statistically significant difference between people with different educational levels with the efficiency of human resources. پرونده مقاله

  As the conditions in the market and in the world of work and commerce gets more complicated, this requires cor-rection, improvement and also updating marketing attitude among manufacturers and marketers. It is an urgent requirement to choose and determine strategies in order to achieve the objectives. Strategy means the comprehensive and main plan in manufacturing unit revealing the way it achieves the goals.On the other hand, as processing inducts toward market, the rate of wastage (losses) reduces. This Study concerns processing industries and finding suitable important strategies. Toward this end, present study seeks to investigate the market and the strategies of marketing in processing industries. The society under study in this investigation consists of producers, retailers and the consumers of dairy processing industries in Hamedan province. The data required for this study are connected using three groups of questionnaire. Mreover, factor analysis and structural equation modelling have been used as the statistical method of the investigation. The output of Lisrel and Amos softwares are used to study the variables. The common marketing strategies are defined in results section and each one is compared with prefent conditions of dairy processing industry market in Hamedan province, and acceptable and unacceptable marketing strategies are assigned separately. In the end, several recommandations are presented for using strategies and conducting future investigations. پرونده مقاله

  The development of hazelnut processing industries is one of the major challenges of hazelnut production in Guilan province, Iran. Hence, the factors influencing the development of these industries in this province were explored by the Delphi technique in three rounds. After consultation with academic teachers and researchers of relevant research institutes, 31 experts were selected as the research panel members from Agriculture Jihad Organization and the affiliates of Hazelnut Research Institute in Guilan province. The results demonstrated that "specifically supporting large-scale and pioneer orchard owners to establish hazelnut processing industries", "establishing wholesale purchase centers of hazelnut in the context of agricultural production cooperatives", and "training agriculture processing industry experts of the province by dispatching them to countries pioneering in hazelnut processing industries" were the most prominent driving factors of the development of hazelnut processing industries in Guilan province as agreed upon by 98.81%, 96.68%, and 93.74% of the panel members, respectively. in addition, "inappropriate crop insurance coverage of hazelnut production" with an agreement rate of 95.55%, "the lack of a regional macro-plan for the development of agriculture processing industries in the province" with an agreement rate of 94.74%, "fluctuations in hazelnut market price and neglect in official monitoring of price balance in the market by the government", and "the lack of agricultural production cooperatives in the region and the weak cooperative culture " with agreement rates of 92.32% were found to be the main inhibiting factors of the establishment and development of hazelnut processing in the region. پرونده مقاله

  صنایع تبدیلی کشاورزی بخش کشاورزی به صنایعی اطلاق می شود که به فرآوری و عمل آوری محصولات کشاورزی می پردازد و نقش سازنده ای در توسعه بخش کشاورزی و ایجاد ارزش افزوده و اشتغال دارد. این پژوهش با هدف تحلیل اثر سیاست های حمایتی دولت بر عرضه محصولات واحدهای صنایع تبدیلی کشاورزی انجام شد. برای این منظور از داده های ترکیبی واحدهای صنایع تبدیلی کشاورزی ایران طی سال های 1389-1380 استفاده و تابع عرضه برآورد گردید. سیاست های حمایتی دولت به دو بخش پرداخت یارانه به انرژی و تسهیلات بانکی مجزا شد. یافته ها نشان داد که افزایش 10 درصدی حمایت دولت در قالب پرداخت یارانه به انرژی و تسهیلات بانکی موجب افزایش عرضه به ترتیب 1.2 و 3.4 درصد می شود. با توجه به نتایج بدست آمده پیشنهاد می شود حمایت های دولت به طور تدریجی کاهش یابد و از استراتژی های تشویقی حمایتی کوتاه مدت استفاده شود پرونده مقاله
