        Abstract In a highly competitive environment, active businesses in the world seek to maximize their profits through more sales and newer consumer markets. But the main problem is the lack of positive responses or even receiving negative responses from most of their customers because they aren't focused at the time or even because customers are more sensitive to the security of their personal information and consider receiving unwanted advertisements as a kind of nuisance. Marketers have created many concepts to attract more customers to their messages, and although they seem complex and unusual, have many applications in the process of business success. Permission marketing introduced by Godin (1999) refers to direct marketing activities in that consumer satisfaction is required to contact and promote the products and services of a business to customers (via email, SM). This study was performed in 2 qualitative phases. First, by studying theoretical foundations, the most important dimensions of privacy in Permission Marketing were studied by the meta-Analysis method. Then, the research was done through a semi-structured interview with experts, senior managers, and customers. These interviews progressed to the point of saturation until no new component was mentioned. Finally, the appropriate factors and models were extracted via the FDAHP method. پرونده مقاله

        Nowadays, due to the number of advertisements and the increased awareness of customers, it has become difficult to communicate with them. They often do not respond to marketing stimulants and even consider it a nuisance. However, this research has shown that it is still possible to reach the potentials of customers with relevant and specific messages. To address these concerns and to meet legal requirements, the concept of pre-authorization consumer provides an interesting option for future engagement. This concept, called permission marketing, refers to direct marketing activities that require consumer consent for a particular company to contact the consumer. These messages are personal and relevant, beneficial and reciprocal. Permission not only has a positive effect on consumer response to interactive marketing activities, but is also a legal requirement for companies using direct marketing media. The present research, in terms of the practical purpose and the descriptive-survey data collection method, is based on correlation and in terms of time was carried out cross-sectional. The research model was evaluated with a questionnaire of 34 questions (based on a Likert scale 5-point). The statistical sample was account for 384 online customers receiving the services from the Rasht's Agriculture Department. At the end, among the 10 hypotheses proposed, two hypotheses were rejected and 8 hypotheses were confirmed. Privacy concerns were explained by 88% and permission by 50% in the model. پرونده مقاله

        امروزه صاحبان کسب و کارهای دنیا در فضایی بسیار رقابتی با ده‌ها نوع تکنیک بدنبال روشهای جدیدتر معرفی و فروش محصولات و خدمات متنوعتر به مشتریان هستند، لیکن با دریافت پاسخهای منفی از سوی بیشتر مشتریان روبرو میگردند زیرا اکثرا پیامهای آنان زمانیکه مردم تمرکز بالایی ندارند، چکیده کامل
        امروزه صاحبان کسب و کارهای دنیا در فضایی بسیار رقابتی با ده‌ها نوع تکنیک بدنبال روشهای جدیدتر معرفی و فروش محصولات و خدمات متنوعتر به مشتریان هستند، لیکن با دریافت پاسخهای منفی از سوی بیشتر مشتریان روبرو میگردند زیرا اکثرا پیامهای آنان زمانیکه مردم تمرکز بالایی ندارند، ارسال میشود و گاها بدلیل حساسیت اغلب مشتریان نسبت به امنیت اطلاعات شخصی، دریافت تبلیغات ناخواسته و با موضوعات متفاوت را مزاحمت تلقی میکنند. گودین 1999 بمعرفی بازاریابی اجازه‌ای در کتاب "بازاریابی اجازه‌ای تبدیل غریبه ها به دوست و دوستان به مشتری" که به فعالیتهای بازاریابی مستقیمی که نیاز به رضایت مصرف‌کنندگان جهت تماس و معرفی و تبلیغ محصولات و سرویس‌های یک کسب ‌وکار به مشتریان با یک شرکت خاص دارد، پرداخت. مطالعه حاضر پژوهشی کمی کاربردی بود که ابتدا دیتاها، مدلها و ادبیات نظری انجام شده در این زمینه، گردآوری و مدل مناسب انتخاب و بصورت میدانی با توزیع پرسشنامه ی 38 سوالی ترکیبی (استاندارد و محقق ساخته بر اساس طیف پنجگانه لیکرت) در جامعه آماری با 384 مشتری آنلاین و آفلاین دریافت کننده خدمات شهر رشت انجام شد. تمام ۷ فرضیه طرح شده تایید گردیدند. نگرانی های مربوط به حریم خصوصی توسط 88٪ و اجازه 50٪ تببین شد. پرونده مقاله
