  Sustainable Urban Tourism Management and Planning in today's world have becomeindisputable and undeniable. In this context, given this tourism, it is a phenomenon that is partlyand in part a denominator of the whole economic, political, social and cultural system of acountry. As a result, trying to flourish it requires management and system planning. The purposeof this paper is to examine the necessity of management and systematic planning of sustainabletourism in metropolitan areas of Iran. The main question of the article is that the managementand planning of sustainable tourism system in the metropolitan areas of Iran should have whatmodel and specifications? The hypothesis we are trying to analyze in this article is to answer themain question. The systematic planning of sustainable tourism in the metropolitan areas of Iranshould bring all the institutions of the sovereignty of the country, especially the securityinstitutions, in to a workable and sustainable cycle. The method of this paper is an analyticaldescriptive study in which it will try to study the subject of the research using scientific andresearch papers as well as scientific and research articles. The results of the article showthat Sustainable tourism management and planning in the metropolis of Iran is a complex andchallenging phenomenon that it requires government administration and planning at thelegislative and executive levels and regulatory levels. پرونده مقاله

  جمعیت و ابعاد گوناگون آن همواره ذهن سیاست‌گذاران و صاحبنظران را به خود معطوف داشته است. رشد طبیعی جمعیت حاصل میزان موالید و مرگ ومیر است. مهاجرت و جابجایی تأثیر بسزایی در افزایش یا کاهش تحولات آمایشی جمعیت خواهد داشت. حاشیه نشینی و ایجاد سکونتگاه‌های غیررسمی، افزایش نرخ زمین و مسکن، تخریب محیط زیست، مصرف بی‌رویه آبهای زیرزمینی، کاهش سرانه فضای سبز، ترافیک و آلودگی هوا، تولید پسماند شهری و دفع نامناسب آن، فرسایش خاک، آلودگی‌های صنعتی همه از جمله معضلات، چالش‌ها و تعارضات به‌وجود آمده ناشی از افزایش و تمرکز جمعیت درکلانشهرهای کشور می‌باشند. بر مبنای روش، این تحقیق از نوع آماری کتابخانه‌ای(توصیفی – تحلیلی) می‌باشد. مطابق با چارچوب نظری تحقیق، تمامی مؤلفه‌ها در دو سطح جهانی و کشوری با محوریت ایران بررسی و اطلاعات مورد نیاز گردآوری و نقاط قوت و ضعف پژوهش شناسایی شد. جهت غربالگری واولویت‌بندی از مدل رتبه و اندازه و الگوریتم منحنی لورنز استفاده گردید. ابتدا اطلاعات جمع‌آوری شده از طریق نرم‌افزار اکسل تحلیل و سپس توسط منحنی لورنز تبدیل به نمودار عددی گردید. یافته‌های تحقیق نشان می‌دهد که همزمان با رشد و تمرکز جمعیت درکلانشهرها، توسعه و پیشرفت به موازات آن شکل نگرفته و در بین طبقات و سطوح مختلف جامعه اختلافات و تعارضاتی ایجادگردیده که ناشی از ازدحام و تحرکات جمعیت و عقب ماندگی توسعه در شهرها و کلانشهر‌ها می‌باشد. پرونده مقاله
