        هدف ازاین پژوهش بررسی اثرمیانجی سیاست‌های سازمانی در تاثیر بین جو کاری اخلاقی برتعهد عاطفی و عملکرد خدمات مشتری فعالانه درشعب بانک سپه شهر شیراز می باشد. روش تحقیق، توصیفی همبستگی با مالکیت کاربردی و جامعه آماری کارکنان بانک سپه شیراز می باشد. حجم نمونه براساس فرمول کوکران 146 نفر است. ابزار پژوهشی، پرسشنامه استاندارد لاو و همکاران 2017 می باشد. هم‌چنین به منظور توصیف تحلیل داده‌هاوآزمون فرضیه‌های تحقیق از آمار استنباطی وازروش مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری استفاده شده است که ازطریق نرم افزار Amos موردتجریه وتحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج حاصل ازآزمون فرضیات تحقیق نشان میدهد که جو کاری اخلاقی هم به طور مستقیم برعملکرد خدمات مشتری،تعهد کارکنان وهم از طریق سیاست‌های سیستم پاداش،تاثیرگذار می‌باشد. تاثیر منفی جو کاری اخلاقی برسیاست‌های سیستم پاداش نیز مورد تایید قرارگرفت. هم‌چنین نتایج نشان داد سیاست‌های سیستم پاداش برعملکرد خدمات مشتری فعالانه،تاثیر مثبت و برتعهد کارکنان تاثیر منفی دارد. جو کاری اخلاقی بر تعهد کارکنان وعملکردخدمات مشتری فعالانه ازطریق سیاست‌های سازمانی، تاثیر معناداری دارد.از جمله محدودیت‌های این پژوهش درک صحیح از سوالات مطرح شده توسط برخی از تکمیل کنندگان پرسشنامه ‌ها بود . پرونده مقاله

        Since second or foreign language learning is a?.m long term endeavor and learners may lose their initial interest and enthusiasm, they need to be kept motivated. Student engagement has been recommended as one approach to sustaining such at risk learners at high levels of motivation. Accordingly, the purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between the dimensions of student engagement and language learning motivation among Iranian EFL learners. To this end, 117 intermediate EFL learners at the Iran Language Institute (ILI), Gorgan adult male branch, Iran, having been selected as the participants of the study through convenience sampling, were given two questionnaires: Student Engagement Questionnaire (Hart, Stewart, & Jimerson, 2011; Reeve, 2013) and Language Learning Motivation Scale (Noels, Pelletier, Clément, & Vallerand, 2000). The quantitative data gathered through these questionnaires were analyzed by the software package of SPSS, version 24. The results of the correlation tests showed that there were significant relationships between language learning motivation and each dimension of student engagement, with the cognitive engagement having the highest correlation. Further, the results of multiple regression analyses indicated that cognitive engagement was the sole predictor of language learning motivation. پرونده مقاله

        3 - Effect of Asynchronous Computer-Mediated Condition on EFL Learners' Social and Emotional Engagement with Speaking Tasks

        The study of second language learners' engagement with language learning tasks has become an enchanting line of research since several studies in general education and second language literature have proved its significant effects on learners' ultimate educational success. However, there are several niches in the literature which have not been occupied yet. One of these niches, addressed in this study, is the examination of the effect of computer-mediated condition on second language learners' emotional and social engagement with speaking tasks. Using a repeated-measures design, 40 intermediate language learners performed computer-mediated and face-to-face speaking tasks in a counterbalanced fashion. A questionnaire and semi-structured interviews were employed to collect the required data to respond to the questions. The results showed that learners were more emotionally and socially engaged with the computer-mediated speaking tasks. It was also revealed that low-intermediate learners’ use of social engagement indicators was significantly higher in the computer-mediated condition; however, the change in the condition did not significantly affect the quantity of social engagement indicators provided by high-intermediate ones. The findings also indicated that different engagement dimensions are interconnected, and the change in one of them can affect the other ones. پرونده مقاله

        The present study examined the impact of visualization and graphic organizers as pre-listening strategies on English as a foreign language (EFL) learners’ cognitive, behavioral, and emotional engagement and their listening comprehension. To do so, this study was carried out in three listening classes at Islamic Azad University of Mashhad. The participants included 80 junior EFL university students. A quasi experimental design with a control group and two experimental groups (graphic organizers and visualization) was utilized. Students’ engagement was assessed through academic engagement questionnaire measuring behavioral, emotional, and cognitive aspects of academic engagement. A sample IELTS (International English Language Testing System) test was utilized to gauge students’ level of listening proficiency. To examine the impact of the two intervention techniques on listening proficiency level, an analysis of variance (ANOVA) was run. A one-way between-groups multivariate analysis of variance (MANOVA) was utilized to investigate the role of graphic organizers and visualization in students’ behavioral, cognitive, and emotional engagement. The results demonstrated the effectiveness of graphic organizers and visualization as pre-listening strategies in enhancing EFL university students’ listening achievement as well as their engagement. The results of post-hoc analysis showed that visualization and graphic organizer techniques were equally influential in enhancing learners’ listening proficiency. It was also found the emotional engagement exhibited the highest difference and cognitive engagement showed the lowest difference. پرونده مقاله
