        1 - مقایسه بین تسلط مغزی و عملکرد ریاضی دانش آموزان پایه هشتم و نهم دوره متوسطه

        مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین رابطه ی بین ربع های مغزی ندهرمان و عملکرد ریاضی دانش آموزان انجام پذیرفت. حجم نمونه طبق جدول مورگان200 نفر از دانش آموزان دختر پایه هشتم و نهم است که در کلاس درس معلم انجام شد . ابزار گردآوری داده ها ‌پرسشنامه ی سنجش تسلط مغزی و آزمون عملکرد ر چکیده کامل
        مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین رابطه ی بین ربع های مغزی ندهرمان و عملکرد ریاضی دانش آموزان انجام پذیرفت. حجم نمونه طبق جدول مورگان200 نفر از دانش آموزان دختر پایه هشتم و نهم است که در کلاس درس معلم انجام شد . ابزار گردآوری داده ها ‌پرسشنامه ی سنجش تسلط مغزی و آزمون عملکرد ریاضی بود. برای تحلیل آزمون فرضیه ها از مدل سازی معادلات ساختاری با نرم افزار Amos استفاده شد. یافته ها نشان داد که بین ربع های مغزی ندهرمان و عملکرد ریاضی در دانش آموزان پایه هشتم و نهم رابطه مثبت و مستقیمی وجود دارد.و با هم ارتباط مستقیم دارند . در نتیجه ربع های مغزی می توانند عملکرد ریاضی دانش آموزان را تحت تاثیر قرار دهند. و رابطه بین تسلط مغزی و عملکرد ریاضی دانش آموزان نهم دوره متوسطه قوی تر از پایه هشتم می باشد. و این نتیجه نتیجه نهایی ای بود که حاصل شد . پرونده مقاله

        The present study aimed to investigate the general pattern of brain dominance of undergraduate Shiraz University students and its effect on the use of listening comprehension strategies. Data was collected from 142 undergraduate Shiraz University students. The Hemispheric Dominance Test (HDT) was given to the participants to categorize them as right-, left- and whole-brain dominant, and the Strategy Inventory for Listening Comprehension (SILC) was administered to evaluate their use of listening comprehension strategies. The results were compared using a one-way between-groups analysis of variance (ANOVA) to see if there were any significant differences between the three brain dominant groups in their overall use of listening comprehension strategies. A MANOVA was also run to find out if the groups had preferences regarding the use of any particular strategy type. Results indicated that Iranian EFL university students were mostly right brained. However, no significant differences were found between right-brained, left-brained and whole-brained learners in their overall pattern of listening comprehension strategy use or their preferred strategy category. پرونده مقاله

        3 - Relationship between Iranian EFL Teachers' Brain Dominance, Teaching Experience and their Teaching Style

        The present study sought to explore the relationship between Iranian EFL teachers' brain dominance, teaching experience and their teaching style. The study population consisted of all EFL teachers of high schools in Shiraz holding a B.A degree, with the sample consisting of 100 participants recruited through convenience sampling. The study employed a descriptive correlational design. To collect data, a 40 Item-Teaching Style Survey, a 15 Item- Brain Dominance Questionnaire, and a 14 Item-Teaching Experience Scale were used. The data was presented in mean, standard deviation, graphs, and tables. Pearson correlation coefficient and multiple regression were used to test the research hypotheses. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between EFL teachers’ brain dominance, teaching experience and their teaching style. It was also found that EFL teachers’ brain dominance was a grater predictor of their teaching style than their teaching experience was. The results have several practical implications. The recommendations made include whole brain teaching and addressing the cognitive needs of EFL teachers. پرونده مقاله

        4 - The Relationship among EFL Learners’ Left/Right Brain Domi-nance, Autonomy, and Reading Comprehension of the Academic and General Reading Modules of IELTS

        The purpose of this paper was to see whether any significant relationship exists among EFL learners’ autonomy, left/right brain dominance, and reading comprehension of the Academic Reading and General Reading Modules of IELTS examination. To this end, 100 female EFL learners were randomly selected from those who were attending IELTS preparatory courses at a language school in Tehran. All participants filled out the brain dominance and learner autonomy questionnaire. However, 50 participants took the General Reading Module and 50 took the Academic Reading Module of IELTS. Correlation and regression analyses demonstrated that learner autonomy did not have a significant correlation with the participants’ performance on the General or Academic Reading Modules of IELTS. However, brain dominance significantly correlated and thus, predicted the participants’ performance on both the General and Academic Reading Modules of IELTS. پرونده مقاله
