        The main objective of this study was to evaluate the effect of a period of combined training on the Body composition, Range of motion Upper limb, Shoulder pain rate, Glucose homeostasis in type II diabetic patients after breast cancer surgery. The sample of the study included 30 individuals who underwent breast surgery.the Experimental group had resistance exercises using band Pilates and aerobic exercises with 50-70% maximum heart rate(n=15), and the control group had the same exercise(n=15). the training sessions were planned as x 3 per week for a period of 8 weeks. the Body composition, Range of motion, pain, Glucose homeostasis of all individuals was evaluated before and after training. according to the measurements It was concluded that that there is a significant difference in the BMI between the two groups (P <0.05). The results also demonstrated that there is a significant difference in the Glucose homeostasis among the two research groups (P <0.05), however, this difference was not significant in Insulin resistance. After 8 weeks, the combined exercise showed a significant difference between the experimental and control groups (P <0.05) and the flexion and extension limbs of the shoulder, the internal and external shoulder rotation, flexion and elbow exertion of the subjects.         2 - The influence of variable range of motion training on hormonal responses and muscle strength

        Introduction: Traditional resistance training increases strength and power; however, exercises that use the entire range of motion (ROM) may not provide the optimal stimulus for enhancing sports performance. The purpose of this investigation was to compare partial ROM vs. full ROM lower-body resistance training on hormonal responses and muscle strength in young women. Material & Methods: Fourteen young women (age 26.9 ± 5.1 years, height 166.7 ± 5.1 cm, and body mass 62.5 ± 11.8 kg) voluntary to participate in this study. Volunteers were randomly assigned to 2 groups: (a) full ROM (FROM; n = 7) or (b) partial ROM (PROM; n = 7). The subjects in FROM group were introduced to perform hamstring with machine, squat, dead lift and leg press with 60 to 80 percent of one repetition maximum (1RM), 3 days a week for 8 weeks. The subjects in PROM group were introduced to perform that same training with first half ROM and second half ROM with 50 to 80 percent of 1RM, 3 days a week for 8 weeks. Maximal strength was measured by 1RM before and after the intervention and growth hormone (GH), testosterone (Ts), cortisol (Cor) and testosterone to cortisol ratio (Ts/Cor ratio) were measured at baseline and immediately and 30 min after the last season of training. Results: The results indicated that muscle strength in each station were increased significantly after both of training methods (P<0.05) and no significant differences were observed between FROM and PROM methods. Repeated-measure analyses of variance revealed that GH and Ts levels had not significant changes after the FROM or PROM resistance training; however, Ts/Cor ratio was increased and Cor levels were decreased after both of training methods (P<0.05). For hormonal responses, no significant differences were observed between FROM or PROM resistance training. Conclusions: The results suggest that muscle strength and hormonal responses can be improved with both FROM and PROM resistance training and there is no significant difference between these methods. پرونده مقاله

        هدف از پژوهش حاضر، مقایسه تاثیر هشت هفته تمرینات ثبات مرکزی با پلایومتریک بر دامنه حرکتی و توان ورزشکاران دارای بی ثباتی مزمن مچ پا بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش، شامل ورزشکاران جوان پسر دارای بی‎ثباتی مزمن مچ پا بود. تعداد افراد نمونه 30 نفر (10 نفر برای هر گروه) در نظر گرفته شد، که در ابتدا به صورت هدفمند و در نهایت به صورت تصادفی ساده انتخاب شده و به صورت همتا شده، به دو گروه آزمایش (ثبات مرکزی و پلايومتريك) و یک گروه کنترل تقسیم شدند. قبل از شروع پروتکل تمرینی، توان انفجاری و دامنه حرکتی (دورسی فلکشن و پلانتار فلکشن) ارزیابی و اندازه‎گیری شد. گروه های تجربی تمریـنات خود را که شامل تمریـنات ثبات مرکزی و پلایومتریک بود، به مدت هشت هفته (3جلسه در هفته) انجام دادند و گروه کنترل در طول انجام پژوهش هیچ‌گونه تمرینات ورزشی خاصی را انجام ندادند. بعد از اجرای هشت هفته پروتکل تمرینی، پس آزمون جهت ارزیابی متغیرها با انداره گیری دامنه حرکتی به‌وسیله گونیامتر و آزمون سارجنت جهت اندازه گیری توان، همانند پیش آزمون انجام شد. تمرینات ثبات مرکزی بر توان تاثیر معنی‎ داری دارد، اما در بهبود دامنه حرکتی (پلانتار فلکشن و دورسی فلکشن) تفاوت معنی دار نبود و از پیش¬آزمون تا پس¬آزمون بهبود معناداری مشاهده نشد. تمرینات پلایومتریک بر توان و دامنه حرکتی (پلانتار فلکشن و دورسی فلکشن) مچ پا تاثیر معنی‎ داری دارد. پرونده مقاله
