چکیده مقاله :
رشدشتابانشهرنشینیوافزایشمهاجرت به شهرها، کمبودمسکن درکلانشهرها؛پدیده ناهنجارسکونتگاههای غیررسمیرا پدید آورده است.دراثر مهاجرت،ترکیب جمعیتی شهرهای بزرگ به کلی جنبه طبیعی خود را از دست میدهد ، پویش شتابدارشهرنشینی،و تنگناهای زندگی شهری به ویژه کمبود مسکن مایه پدیداری سکونتگاههای غیررسمی میشود از این رو برای دستیابی به برنامهریزی مطلوب مسکن باید ابعاد و شاخصهای مسکن مورد بررسی قرار داد.پژوهش حاضر از نوع کاربردی و به لحاظ ماهیت توصیفی _تحلیلی میباشد.بابررسی شاخصهای کمی مسکن درمنطقه قلعه ساختمان مشهد به عنوان جامعه آماری ابتدا شاخصهای کمی مسکن در محدوده مورد مطالعه با نقاط شهری کشور مقایسه شده همچنین هر دو این نقاط با شرایط شهر سالم مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتهاند.اطلاعات مورد نیاز از طریق روشهای کتابخانهای و اسنادی اعم ازکتب،مقالهها،پایان نامهها سرشماری عمومی نفوس و مسکن1395 ، طرح جامع و تفصیلی،پرسشنامه و مطالعات میدانی و برای نمونه گیری از روش تصادفی استفاده شده است.در این پژوهش تعداد نمونه با استفاده از فرمول کوکران به دست آمده که با توجه به تعداد 54359 واحد مسکونی مستقر در ناحیه قلعه ساختمان طبق آمار بلوکبندی شهرداری منطقه 5 در سال 1400 حجم نمونه معادل ،381واحد مسکونی برآورد شده است.یافتهها و نتیجه گیری در این پژوهش،سعی شده تا به پرسش"وضعیت موجود مسکن در قلعه ساختمان به لحاظ شاخصهای کمی چگونه است؟" پاسخ داده شود همچنین این شاخصها با شرایط شهر سالم مقایسه شود. با توجه به نتایج حاصل از ارزیابی و مقایسه شاخصهای کمی مسکن, وضعیت شاخصهای مسکن در قلعه ساختمان درحالت کلی نسبت به شاخصهای مسکن سالم نامطلوب ارزیابی میگردد

Therefore, in order to achieve the desired planning of the housing, the dimensions and indicators of the housing should be studied of the present research is of applied type and according to the descriptive-analytical nature. have been evaluated. The required information is used through the methods of libraries and documents from books, articles, theses, general population and housing census 1395, comprehensive and detailed plan, questionnaires and field studies and random sampling methods. In this research, the number of samples was obtained by using Cochran's formula, which according to the number of 54359 residential units located in Qala-e-Tsang district according to the district 5 municipal block statistics in 1400, the sample size is estimated to be 381 residential units.The findings and conclusions in this research, to the question "What is the current situation in the building castle in terms of quantitative indicators?" The answer can also compare these indicators with the conditions of a healthy city. According to the results obtained from the evaluation and comparison of quantitative indicators of housing, the condition of housing indicators in the fortress is generally considered unfavorable compared to the indicators of healthy housing.
