چکیده مقاله :
هدف این پژوهش، اعتبارسنجی مدل فرهنگ سازمانی مبتنی بر مقاومت اسلامی در مکتب شهید حاج قاسم سلیمانی است. این پژوهش دارای رویکردی آمیخته است که از نظر هدف، توسعهای -کاربردی و از حیث ماهیت و روش، پیمایشی است. ابزار گردآوري دادهها اسناد، مصاحبه و پرسشنامه بود. جامعهآماری پژوهش در بخش کیفی شامل اساتید دانشگاه، صاحبنظران در زمینه فرهنگ مقاومتاسلامی و مدیران ارشد استانداری سیستان و بلوچستان و همرزمان شهید سلیمانی به تعداد 21 نفر میباشد که به روش نمونهگیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند. جامعه آماري این پژوهش در بخش کمّی، مدیران و کارشناسان استانداری استان سیستان و بلوچستان به تعداد 812 است. حجم نمونه براساس جدول کوهن 205 نفر میباشد که بهصورت طبقهای انتخاب شدهاند. در این پژوهش بهمنظور تجزیهوتحلیل دادهها از نرمافزارهای NVIVO، EXCEL و SMART PLS استفاده گردید. نتایج حاصل از کدگذاری باز منجر به استخراج 88 کد اولیه، 33 مضمون پایه و 11 مضمون سازماندهنده گردید. همچنین، نتایج نشان میدهد 11 مضمون مدل پژوهش در سه سطح قرارگرفته است و «فرهنگ راهبردمحور»، «فرهنگ ترویج ارزشهای اسلامی»، «فرهنگ تعهدمحور»، «فرهنگ مقاومت و پایداری» و «فرهنگ مشارکت و همکاری»، تأثیرگذارترین مضامین و مضامین «فرهنگ عدالتمحوری»، «فرهنگ اخلاقمدار»، «فرهنگ انتقادپذیری» و «فرهنگ جهادی و انقلابیگری» تأثیرپذیرترین مضامین هستند. تأثیرگذارترین رابطه بین فرهنگ دانشمحور و فرهنگ اخلاق مدار بهمنظور اجرای مدل فرهنگسازمانی مبتنی بر مقاومت اسلامی در مکتب شهید حاج قاسم سلیمانی در استانداری سیستان و بلوچستان وجود دارد.
This research aims to validate the organizational culture model based on Islamic resistance in the school of martyr Haj Qasem Soleimani. This research has a mixed approach of developmental application in terms of purpose and survey in terms of nature and method. The tools of data collection were documents, interviews, and questionnaires. The socio-statistical research in the qualitative part includes university professors, experts in Islamic resistance culture, senior managers of Sistan and Baluchistan Governorate, and Shahid Soleimani's comrades in a number of 21 people selected by purposeful sampling. The statistical population of this research in the quantitative part is 812 managers and experts from Sistan and Baluchistan province. The sample size based on Cohen's table is 205 people who were selected in a stratified manner. In this research, NVIVO, EXCEL, and SMART PLS software were used for data analysis. The results of open coding led to the extraction of 88 primary codes, 33 basic themes, and 11 organizing themes. Also, the results show that 11 themes of the research model are placed in three levels "strategy-oriented culture", "culture of promoting Islamic values", "commitment-oriented culture", "resistance and sustainability culture" and "participation and cooperation culture" are the most influential themes and themes. "Justice-oriented culture", "Ethical culture", "Criticism culture" and "Jihadist and revolutionary culture" are the most influential themes. The most effective relationship between a knowledge-oriented culture and a moral-oriented culture to implement the organizational culture model based on Islamic resistance exists in the school of Martyr Haj Qasim Soleimani in Sistan and Baluchistan Governorate.
