ارتباط نشانههای اختلال وسواسی– جبری با سبکهای هویتی و کمالگرایی در زنان

چکیده مقاله :
تحقیق حاضر با هدف بررسی همبستگی سبک های هویت و کمال گرایی با نشانه های وسواسی- جبری در زنان انجام یافت. بدین منظور 75 زن به روش نمونه گیری تصادفی چندمرحله ای از میان دانشجویان زن مقطع کارشناسی دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد تبریز انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات شامل پرسشنامه های وسواس فکری- عملی مادزلی، سبک های هویت برزونسکی، و پرسشنامه چندبعدی کمال گرایی هویت و فلت بود. نتایج آزمون همبستگی پیرسون نشان داد که نشانه های وسواسی- جبری با سبک هویت سردرگم- اجتنابی، کمال گرایی خودمدار، کمال گرایی دیگرمدار، و کمال گرایی جامعه مدار، همبستگی مستقیم دارد. نتایج رگرسیون چندگانه همزمان نیز نشان داد که سبک هویتی سردرگم- اجتنابی، سهم بالایی در پیش بینی تغییرات نشانه های وسواسی- جبری در زنان دارد. به نظر میرسد گنجاندن مداخلاتی در خصوص متغیرهای یاد شده، می تواند سطح آسیبپذیری زنان را نسبت به اختلال وسواسی- جبری کاهش دهد و میزان سلامتی
