اثربخشی آموزش جرأت ورزی بر بهبودکیفیت زندگی نوجوانان دختر قربانی خشونت

چکیده مقاله :
هدف پژوهش حاضر تعیین اثر بخشی آموزش جرأت ورزی بر بهبودکیفیت زندگی نوجوانان دختر قربانی خشونت بود. جهت انجام این پژوهش از بین دانش آموزان دختر شهرستان جلفا 120 نفر انتخاب که بعد از اجرا پرسشنامه قلدری ایلی نویزی، 50 نفر به عنوان قربانی شناخته و به صورت تصادفی خوشه ای در دو گروه 25 نفری به عنوان گروه آزمایش و گروه کنترل جایگزین شدند. قبل از اجرای متغیر مستقل (آموزش جرأت ورزی) به وسیله پرسشنامه کیفیت زندگی مورد اندازه گیری قرار گرفتند (پیش آزمون). سپس آزمودنی های گروه آزمایش، در جلسات آموزشی جرأت ورزی (هشت جلسه) شرکت کردند و مداخله ها در مورد آنها انجام گرفت و افراد گروه کنترل هیچ نوع مداخله ای دریافت نکردند. پس از پایان جلسات پس آزمون برای هر دو گروه اجرا و داده های بدست آمده با استفاده از آزمون آماری تحلیل کوواریانس تجزیه و تحلیل و فرضیه های پژوهش مورد آزمون قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که بین دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل در سطح احتمال 99 درصد (001/0) تفاوت معنی داری وجود دارد و آموزش جرأت ورزی موجب افزایش کیفیت زندگی، افزایش سلامت جسمی، افزایش سلامت روانی و افزایش میزان روابط اجتماعی گروه آزمایش می شود. بنابراین آموزش جرأت ورزی موجب ارتقای کیفیت زندگی، افزایش سلامت جسمی و روانی و افزایش میزان روابط اجتماعی دانش آموزان دختر قربانی خشونت می شود.
