اثربخشی آموزش ذهن آگاهی بر خود تابآوری و حمایت اجتماعی ادراک شده زنان سرپرست خانوار

چکیده مقاله :
هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثربخشی آموزش ذهن آگاهی بر خود تابآوری و حمایت اجتماعی ادراک شده زنان سرپرست خانوار بود. روش این پژوهش، نیمه آزمایشی با طرح پیشآزمون- پسآزمون و پیگیری با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش کلیه زنان سرپرست خانوار شهرستان چمستان نور در سال 1399 به تعداد 483 نفر بر اساس آمار اداره ثبت و احوال بودند. با استفاده از پرسشنامه خودتاب آوری کلاهنن (1996) و حمایت اجتماعی ادراک شده زیمت و همکاران (1988)، غربالگری اولیه انجام شد و 30 نفر به عنوان نمونه به طور تصادفی ساده در دو گروه آزمایش (15 نفر) و کنترل (15 نفر) قرار گرفتند. آزمودنیهای گروه آزمایش و کنترل در سه مرحله پیش آزمون– پس آزمون و پیگیری به پرسشنامه های خودتاب آوری و حمایت اجتماعی ادراک شده پاسخ دادند و گروه آزمایش در 8 جلسه 90 دقیقه ای تحت آموزش ذهن آگاهی قرار گرفتند و گروه کنترل هیچ مداخله ای دریافت نکردند. دادهها توسط آزمون تحلیل واریانس با اندازه گیری مکرر و آزمون تعقیبی بونفرونی تحلیل شدند. نتایج نشان داد که آموزش ذهن آگاهی بر خودتاب آوری و حمایت اجتماعی ادراک شده زنان سرپرست خانوار مؤثر است (01/0>P) و نتایج در مرحله پیگیری همچنان پایدار بود.
The aim of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of mindfulness training on self-resilience and perceived social support of female-headed households. The method of this research was quasi-experimental with pre-test-post-test design and control group. The statistical population of this study Included all female heads of households in Chamestan of Nour city in 2020, numbering 483 people according to the statistics of the Registry Office. Using self-efficacy of Kolahnen (1996) and perceived social support of Zimet & et all (1988) questionnaires, initial screening was performed and 30 people Selected and randomly randomly divided into experimental (n=15) and control (n=15) groups . The subjects of the experimental and control groups answered the self-efficacy and perceived social support questionnaires in three stages of pre-test - post-test and follow-up. The experimental group underwent mindfulness training in 8 sessions of 90 minutes and the control group did not receive any intervention. Data were analyzed by repeated measures analysis of variance and Bonferroni post hoc test. The results showed that mindfulness training is effective on self- resilience and perceived social support of female-headed households (p<0.01)and the results were still stable in the follow-up phase
