اثربخشی زوج درمانی شناختی رفتاری بر کیفیت زندگی و رضایت زناشویی زوجین متقاضی طلاق سازش نیافته

چکیده مقاله :
زندگی رضایت بخش و با کیفیت زوجین تعیین کننده عملکرد مطلوب خانواده است. هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثربخشی زوج درمانی شناختی رفتاری بر کیفیت زندگی و رضایت زناشویی زوجین متقاضی طلاق سازش نیافته جهت دستیابی به روش موثر در مداخلات پیش از طلاق بود. پژوهش کاربردی از نوع آزمایشی با طرح پیش آزمون پس آزمون با گروه گواه بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش کلیه زوجین متقاضی طلاق بودند که سال 97به دادگاه خانواده کرج مراجعه کردند. به صورت هدفمند مبتنی بر ملاکهای ورود و خروج 30 زوج سازش نیافته انتخاب به طور تصادفی دو گروه هر کدام شامل 15 زوج تشکیل شد. ابزار گردآوری شامل اطلاعات دموگرافیک، پرسشنامه کیفیت زندگی سازمان بهداشت جهانی 26 سوالی، پرسشنامه رضایت زناشویی انریچ (فرم کوتاه) بود. دادهها با تحلیل کوواریانس با استفاده از نرم افزا spss23تحلیل شد. نتایج نشان داد زوج درمانی شناختی رفتاری در افزایش کیفیت زندگی و رضایت زناشوی زوجین سازش نیافته تاثیر معنی داری داشت (001/0p=) میزان تاثیر آن بر افزایش رضایت زناشویی 7/83 درصد و بر افزایش کیفیت زندگی 5/69 درصد بود (05/0>P). بر اساس یافته های پژوهش زوج درمانی شناختی رفتاری روش موثری برای ارتقاء کیفیت زندگی و رضایت زناشویی متقاضیان طلاق است.
Satisfactory and life quality of the couples shows the desirable performance of the family. The aim of the presented study was to investigate the effectiveness of cognitive-behavioral couple therapy on quality of life and marital satisfaction of the couples who are uncompromised divorce applicants, to achieve an effective method in pre-divorce interventions. The quasi-experimental method was used with a pretest-posttest design with a control group. The statistical population of the study was all divorce applicants who referred to Karaj family court in 2018. The samples were purposefully selected based on entry and exit criteria and 30 uncompromised couples were randomly divided into two groups with 15 couples. The collection tools included demographic information questionnaire, World Health Organization quality of life questionnaire consist of 26 questions, Enrich marital satisfaction questionnaire (short form). Data were analyzed using analysis of covariance in SPSS23 software. The results showed that cognitive-behavioral couple therapy has a significant effect on increasing the quality of life and marital satisfaction of uncompromised couples (p = 0.001), its effect on increasing the marital satisfaction was 83.7% and on increasing their quality of life was 69.5% (0.05>P). According to the research findings, cognitive-behavioral couple therapy is an effective way to improve the quality of life and marital satisfaction of divorce applicants.
