چکیده مقاله :
هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی اثربخشی آموزش بهزیستی جنسی بر رضایت جنسی و خودکارآمدی جنسی زوجین دارای بهزیستی پائین شهر اصفهان بوده است. این پژوهش از نوع شبه آزمایشی با پیش آزمون و پس آزمون همراه با گروه آزمایش و کنترل است. بدین ترتیب که یک گروه به عنوان گروه آموزش بهزیستی جنسی و یک گروه به عنوان گروه کنترل تعیین شدند و در سه مرحله (پیش آزمون، پس آزمون و مرحله پیگیری) نتایج مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. جامعه آماری تحقیق شامل زوجین دارای بهزیستی جنسی پائین مراجعه کننده به مراکز مشاوره شهر اصفهان بود. نمونه آماری تحقیق شامل 60 نفر دارای معیارهای ورود بود و حجم نمونه برای هر گروه 30 نفر شامل 15 زوج بوده است که به شیوه نمونه گیری نظام مند و تصادفی انجام گرفت و افراد نمونه آماری به شیوه تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل قرار گرفتند. ابزار پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه بهزیستی جنسی، رضایت جنسی و خودکارآمدی جنسی بود. روش تجزیه و تحلیل نتایج نیز به شیوه تحلیل کوواریانس بود. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که بین ابعاد رضایت جنسی شامل سازگاری جنسی، کیفیت زندگی جنسی، نگرش جنسی و تمایل به برقراری و همچنین خودکارآمدی جنسی بین گروه آزمایش و گروه کنترل در مراحل پس آزمون و پیگیری تفاوت معنادار حاصل شده است (01/0>p). بنابراین نتیجه می گیریم که بسته آموزش بهزیستی جنسی بر بهبود ابعاد رضایت جنسی و خودکارآمدی جنسی مؤثر بود.
The aim of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of sexual well-being training on sexual satisfaction and sexual self-efficacy of couples with low sexual well-being in Isfahan. The current research is a quasi-experimental type of pre-test and post-test with experimental and control groups. In this way, one group was determined as the sexual well-being training group and one group as the control group, and the results were analyzed in three stages: pre-test, post-test and follow-up stage. The statistical population of the research included couples with low sexual well-being referring to counseling centers in Isfahan city. The statistical sample of the research included 30 couples who met the entry criteria. The sample size for each group was 15 couples, which was done by Judgmental sampling, and the statistical sample were randomly divided into two experimental and control groups. The research tools included sexual well-being, sexual satisfaction and sexual self-efficacy questionnaires. The method of analyzing the results was repeated measurement variance analysis. The results of the research showed that sexual well-being training had a significant effect on improving the dimensions of sexual satisfaction, including sexual compatibility, quality of sexual life, sexual attitude, desire to have sex, and sexual self-efficacy (p<0.01) and the effect Interventions in the follow-up phase have also been stable. sexual well-being training has been effective in improving the dimensions of sexual satisfaction and sexual self-efficacy.
