هدف پژوهش حاضر استخراج ویژگیهای عناصر اساسی برنامه درسی مهارتآموزی بهمنظور اشتغالپذیری دانشآموزان مدارس متوسطه دوم بود. پژوهش حاضر با توجه به هدف، کاربردی و با توجه به رویکرد کیفی است. در این پژوهش از روش پدیدارشناسی توصیفی استفاده شده است. محیط پژوهش را تمامی صاحبنظران حوزۀ برنامهریزی درسی و مهارتآموزی تشکیل میدهد. روش نمونهگیری در این پژوهش ملاک محور است که حجم نمونه بر اساس قاعده اشباع نظری 14 نفر تشکیل میدهند. ابزار گرداوری اطلاعات در این پژوهش مصاحبه نیمه ساختارمند است. برای سنجش روایی و اعتبار مصاحبهها؛ اعتبار، انتقالپذیری، اطمینانپذیری و تأییدپذیری مورد بررسی قرار گرفته شده است. نتایج تجزیهوتحلیل مصاحبهها 93 مضمون پایه را در 4 مضمون سازماندهنده شناسایی کرده است که حول مضمون فراگیر برنامه درسی مهارتآموزی برای اشتغالپذیری دانشآموزان دوره متوسطه گرد آمده است. یافتههای پژوهش مؤلفههای برنامه مهارتآموزی برای اشتغالپذیری را قالب عناصر هدف (شناختی، عاطفی و مهارتی)، محتوا، راهبردهای یاددهی و یادگیری و ارزشیابی شناسایی کرده است.
The purpose of this paper is to extracting the main characteristics of training curriculum for Employability of senior school Students. A qualitative design with descriptive phenomenology approach was selected to carry out the research. Qualitative research participants are all experts in the field of curriculum planning and skills training. The criterion based sampling method applied in this study and 14 people were involved based on the theoretical saturation as sample size. Interview data were collected through semi-structured. The reliability of the interviews was obtained through Credibility, Transferability, Dependability and Confirm ability. The results of the analysis of the interviews identified 93 basic themes in 4 organizing themes, which are gathered around the comprehensive theme of the training curriculum for the employability of high school students. The research findings identified the components of the skills training program for employability in the form of objective elements (cognitive, emotional and skill), content, teaching and learning strategies and evaluation.
