تأثیر استفاده از فناوری های نوین آموزشی برکیفیت فعالیت های آموزشی دبیران

چکیده مقاله :
چکیده هدف این پژوهش تأثیراستفاده از فناوری های نوین آموزشی برکیفیت فعالیت های آموزشی دبیران شاغل در مدارس متوسطه دخترانه شهر اصفهان بود. این پژوهش از حیث هدف ،کاربردی و از حیث موقعیت، میدانی و بر حسب روش، توصیفی از نوع زمینه یابی است . جامعه ی آماری این پژوهش شامل کلیه ی دبیران شاغل مقطع متوسطه ی دخترانه ی شهر اصفهان به تعداد1756 نفر است که از بین آنها 252نفردبیر به عنوان نمونه آماری و به شیوه ی نمونه گیری تصادفی طبقه ای انتخاب شدند.ابزارگردآوری داده ها شامل پرسش نامه ی محقق ساخته در طیف لیکرتی 5 درجه ای شامل 25 سوال برای سنجش استفاده از فناوری های توین آموزشی دبیران با ضریب آلفای کرونباخ87/.استفاده شد و روایی صوری و محتوایی آن با استفاده از نظر متخصصان تأیید شد.. ازآمار توصیفی و استنباطی( جدول توزیع فراوانی، شاخص های مرکزی و پراکندگی توزیع ، میانگین ، انحراف معیار، تحلیل واریانس ، آزمون دانکن) به کمک نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 16 برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها بهره گرفته شد. نتایج به دست آمده نشان داد که بین استفاده از فناوری های نوین آموزشی و کیفیت فعالیت های آموزشی دبیران از نظر آماری رابطه معنا داری وجود دارد و نیز مشاهده شد که کیفیت آموزشی با بکارگیری نرم افزارهای کاربردی در آموزش با مؤلفه های کیفیت در سطح بسیار زیاد قرار گرفته است و نشان داد که متغیر بکارگیری از رایانه بیشترین اثر را بر کیفیت آموزشی دبیران دارد و بکارگیری نرم افزارهای کاربردی و اینترنت در رتبه های بعدی قرار دارد.
ABSTRACT The aim of this study is to investigate the effect of applying the new educational technologies and the quality of the teachers’ training activities. This study, as objective, functional and in terms of location, field and by the way, is a description of the survey.Statistical population of this study includes all teachers who teach girls in secondary schools in Isfahan among whom1756 teachers were selected Statistical population of this study includes 252 teachers who were selected in stratified random way among all teachers who teach girls in secondary schools in Isfahan in stratified random way.. Data Collection tools was a made questionnaire whose face and content validity was confirmed by the experts and reliability based on Cronbach’s alpha was 0/87. Descriptive and inferential statistics based on spss 16 software was applied for analyzing the data and also the frequency distribution table, central indices and distribution variance, mean, standard deviation, variance analysis, Duncan test and etc were used in Inferential analysis. The results showed that there is a significant relationship statistically between applying the new educational technologies and the quality of the teachers’ training activities.
