تبیین جامعه شناختی تاثیر سرمایه اجتماعی بر توسعه ی پایدار شهری

پایداری از مسائلی است که در طول سالیان اخیر در جوامع مختلف به خصوص در جوامع شهری بسیار بر آن تاکید شده است؛ در مسیر پایداری، سرمایه اجتماعی نقش بسیار مهمی را ایفا می ند. به گونهای که توسعه پایدار با در نظر گرفتن مفاهیمی چون عدالت اجتماعی، توسعه همه جانبه و رفاه اجتماعی نقش خود را در م حیط اجتماعی و از جمله سرمایه اجتماعی مشخص کرده است. بنابراین هدف مقاله بررسی ارتباط سرمایه اجتماعی با توسعه پایدار شهری است که از نظریه های گیدنز، پاتنام، فوکویاما، کلمن و دریسکل استفاده شد. روش تحقیق پیمایشی و ابزار گردآوری داده ها، پرسشنامه دارای قابلیت اعتماد و اعتبار است. جامعه آماری، شهروندان بالای 18 سال در شهر تهران است، حجم نمونه 393نفر است که با استفاده از فرمول کوکران و با روش خوشه ای چندمرحله ای به دست آمد. یافته ها نشان داد که وضعیت شاخص سرمایه اجتماعی و تمامی متغیرهایش(اعتماد اجتماعی، مشارکت اجتماعی، آگاهی اجتماعی، انسجام اجتماعی، احساس تعلق اجتماعی و شبکه روابط اجتماعی) و شاخص توسعه پایدار شهری و ابعاد آن(پایداری زیست محیطی، پایداری اجتماعی، پایداری اقتصادی، پایداری کالبدی، پایداری نهادی) در سطح متوسط و پایین تر از متوسط قرار داشتند. یافته های تبیینی نشان داد که سرمایه اجتماعی و تمامی ابعاد آن، ارتباط و تاثیر مستقیم و معناداری بر روی توسعه پایدار شهری داشته اند. نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون، حاکی از آن است که سرمایه اجتماعی و مولفه های آن در مجموع 0/561 واریانس توسعه پایدار شهری را تبیین می کند. که بیشترین تاثیرات مستقیم را بر اساس ضریب بتا به ترتیب اعتماد اجتماعی 0/423 و مشارکت اجتماعی 0/365 بر روی توسعه پایدار شهری داشته اند. به منظور آزمون کلی و جزئی الگوی نظری از مدل سازی معادلات ساختاری بهره گرفته شد که شاخص های برازش بالا، حاکی از حمایت بسیار خوب داده ها از مبانی نظری می باشد.
Sustainability is one of the issues that have been emphasized in recent years in various societies,especially in urban communities; in the path of sustainability, social capital plays a very important role. In sucha way that sustainable development has defined its role in the social environment, including social capital, byconsidering concepts such as social justice, comprehensive development and social welfare. Therefore, thepurpose of this paper is to investigate the relationship between social capital and sustainable urbandevelopment, which used the theories of Giddens, Patenam, Fukuyama, Coleman and Driskel. The surveyresearch method and data collection tool, the questionnaire is reliable and valid. The statistical population iscitizens over 18 years of age in Tehran; the sample size is 393 people, which was obtained using Cochran'sformula and multi-stage cluster method. The findings showed that the status of the social capital index and all itsvariables (social trust, social participation, social awareness, social cohesion, sense of social belonging andsocial relations network) and the index of sustainable urban development and its dimensions (environmentalsustainability, social sustainability, Economic stability, physical stability, and institutional sustainability werebelow average and below average. Explanatory findings showed that social capital and all its dimensions had adirect and significant relationship and impact on sustainable urban development. The results of regressionanalysis indicate that social capital and its components together explain 0.601 variance of sustainable urbandevelopment. The highest direct effects on beta coefficient were 0.423 social confidence and 0.365 socialparticipation on sustainable urban development, respectively. In order to test the general and partial theory ofthe theoretical model, structural equation modeling was used. The high fitness indices indicate that the data arevery well supported by the theoretical foundations.
