تعاون یکی از سه بخش مهم اقتصادی کشور محسوب می شود. تعاونیها و بخش تعاون می تواند در توسعه اقتصادی و اجتماعی یک جامعه اثرگذار باشد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف نقش تعاونی ها در توسعه اقتصادی و اجتماعی در استان قم مطالعه شد. روش تحقیق، پیمایشی بوده و ابزار آن، پرسشنامه است. جامعه آماری مطالعه حاضر، اعضای شرکتهای تعاونی تولیدی و خدماتی استان قم می باشد که مجموعاً برابر با 830044 نفر می باشند. از طریق نمونه گیری خوشه ای چندمرحله ای، تعداد 400 نفر از اعضای تعاونی ها به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. یافته ها نشان می دهد میانگین متغیر توسعه اجتماعی در سطح متوسط رو به پایین قرار دارد. بالاترین میانگین را به ترتیب شاخص های فعالیت های مدنی، سلامت جسمانی و هنجارهای تعمیم یافته داشته است. همچنین کمترین میانگین مربوط به انسجام اجتماعی و آگاهی اجتماعی است. میانگین توسعه اقتصادی برابر با 2.44 بوده و کمتر از حد متوسط است. همچنین مقدار آن از توسعه اجتماعی نیز پایین تر است. نتایج رگرسیون چندمتغیره نشان می دهد که 40/5 درصد از تغییرات توسعه اجتماعی و 30/1 درصد توسعه اقتصادی متأثر از تعاونی ها و بخش تعاونی است. نتیجه این که تعاونی ها و عملکرد مثبت آنها می تواند زمینه را برای توسعه اجتماعی و اقتصادی فراهم سازد. لذا تعاونی ها توانایی لازم برای ایجاد برابری اقتصادی و اجتماعی در استان قم را دارند.
he cooperative is one of the three most important economic sectors of the country. Co-operatives andco-operatives can contribute to the economic and social development of a society. This study aimed to study therole of cooperatives in economic and social development in Qom province. The research method is survey andits tool is a questionnaire. The statistical population of this study is the members of manufacturing and servicecooperatives of Qom province which are 830044 persons in total. Through multi-stage cluster sampling, 400members of cooperatives were selected as sample. The findings of the study show that the mean of socialdevelopment variable is at an average downward level. The highest average was in terms of indices of civicactivities, physical health and generalized norms, respectively. The lowest mean is also for social cohesion andsocial awareness. Average economic development is 2.44 and is below average. And it's also lower than socialdevelopment. Multivariate regression results show that 40.5% of social development changes and 30.1% ofeconomic development are affected by cooperatives and cooperatives. The result is that cooperatives and theirpositive performance can provide the basis for social and economic development. Co-operatives can also play arole in creating an economic cloudel.
