One-pot synthesis of ynamines from employing multicomponent reaction of isothiocyanate

Abstract :
An efficient one-pot synthesis of functionalized ynamines is described. This involves the multicomponent reaction of ammonium thiocyanate, benzoy chlorides, and secondary amines in the presence of dialkylacetylenedicarboxylates in acetone at reflux conditions.
