    This experiment was conducted to determine the effect of foliar spray with polyamines on postharvest life of chrysanthemum cut flowers in the horticulture laboratory of Islamic Azad University of Rafsanjan in 2015. For this purpose, an experiment was conducted based on a completely randomized design with three replications with spermidine, spermine and putrescine treatments at 1, 2 and 3 mM concentrations. Different parameters such as vase life, quality, weight loss, dry matter percentage, chlorophyll, total soluble dissolved, protein, water uptake, ACC oxidase and SOD were measured. The results showed that all treatments significantly increased the survival and quality of flowers as compared to control. Spermidine (3 mM) resulted in maximum vase life so that after 9 days, the flowers of this treatment were of a good quality. The lowest weight loss and highest level of dissolved solids were observed in 3 mM spermidine and then, in 2 mM spermidine. ACC oxidase enzyme activity was reduced by a factor of quarter in 3 mM spermidine treatment as compared to control. On the other hand, superoxide dismutase activity in this treatment was 3 times higher than that in control. The highest amount of chlorophyll was observed in the treatment of 3 mM spermidine and putrescine. Solution uptake was increased when polyamines were applied so that the highest solution uptake was observed in the first stage of measurement in relation to 3 mM putrescine. But in the second stage of measurement, 1 mM spermine outperformed. Treatments had no significant effect on dry matter percentage and protein amount in leaves of cut flowers. So, according to the results of this test, treatment with 3 mM spermidine is recommended as the best treatment to enhance the quality and vase life of chrysanthemum (Chrysanthemum morifolium cv.     2 - The Effect of Foliar Application of Nano-chelate Super Plus ZFM on Fruit Set and some Quantitative and Qualitative Traits of Almond Commercial Cultivars

    The nutritional problems in almond orchards have increased because of alkaline soils and insufficient nutrition. This study was done to evaluate the effect of nano-chelate super plus ZFM (Zinc, Iron and Manganese) spraying on quantitative and qualitative characteristics of almond commercial cultivars. This work was carried out in factorial experiment base on randomized complete block design with three replications. A factor involved different almond cultivars (Shokufeh, Monagha and Sahand) and B factor involved the time of nano-chelate super plus ZFM (2g/l) application with four time treatments T1: bud swelling phase, T2: two weeks after bloom end and T3: Application in two stages, bud swelling phase (T1) and two weeks after bloom (T2) and T4: control (spraying with water). Different traits, such as yield per shoot, initial and final fruit set; fruit abscission, length, width and fresh and dry weight of nut and concentration of microelements in leaves were measured. The results showed that the concentration of micro elements (Zn, Fe, Cu and Mn) in leaves increased significantly in all treatments especially when spraying in two stages compared to control. Also, the interaction of time of spraying and cultivar was significant in all measured traits except fruit abscission. The highest percentages of initial and final fruit set and yield per shoot were observed in Shokufeh cultivar and fertilizer spraying in two stages (T1 and T2), and the lowest percentage of initial and final fruit set was observed in control in all tested cultivars. The simple effect of spraying time on fruit abscission was significant in 1% level and also percentage of fruit abscission decreased about 25% compared to control in application in two times (T1 and T2). پرونده مقاله

    3 - اثر کاربرد توأم ورمی کمپوست و کود گاوی بر رشد و گلدهی اطلسی (Petunia hybrida)

    اطلسی یکی از رایج ترین و مهمترین گل های مورد استفاده در فضای سبز می باشد. این تحقیق با هدف تعیین اثر ورمی کمپوست و کود گاوی بر رشد و گلدهی اطلسی انجام شد. آزمایش به صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح پایه کاملاً تصادفی با سه تکرار در گلخانه صورت گرفت. در این تحقیق تأثیر کاربرد ت چکیده کامل
    اطلسی یکی از رایج ترین و مهمترین گل های مورد استفاده در فضای سبز می باشد. این تحقیق با هدف تعیین اثر ورمی کمپوست و کود گاوی بر رشد و گلدهی اطلسی انجام شد. آزمایش به صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح پایه کاملاً تصادفی با سه تکرار در گلخانه صورت گرفت. در این تحقیق تأثیر کاربرد ترکیب ورمی کمپوست و تیمار کود گاوی در زمان کاشت و در سه سطح 15، 30 و 45% حجمی برای هر تیمار کودی بررسی شد. صفاتی مثل ارتفاع بوته، تعداد برگ، تعداد گل در بوته، قطر گل، وزن تر و خشک ساقه و ریشه سه ماه بعد از کاشت اندازه گیری شد ند. نتایج نشان دادند که کاربرد توأم کود گاوی و ورمی کمپوست زیر سطح 30% حجمی تأثیر معنی داری در افزایش صفات مورفولوژیکی مورد اندازه گیری نداشت. تیمارهای 30% و 45% از ورمی کمپوست در ترکیب با کود گاوی به میزان 45% به عنوان بهترین تیمار ها شناسایی شد و در تمام صفات مورد اندازه گیری به جز تعداد برگ بین این دو تیمار اختلاف معنی داری وجود نداشت. بنا بر این، با توجه به اهمیت کودهای آلی در نظام کشاورزی پایدار، کاربرد ترکیب توأم این دو کود به نسبت 30% حجمی ورمی کمپوست و 45% حجمی کود گاوی به منظور افزایش رشد رویشی و اندازه بوته و از طرف دیگر افزایش تعداد و اندازه گل ها پیشنهاد می شود تا شاید از مصرف بی رویه کودهای شیمیایی و اثرات سوء آن ها بر فضای سبز جلوگیری شود. پرونده مقاله
