1 - شناسایی و اولویتبندی موانع اجرای خطمشیهای دولتی در حوزه ستادی وزارت نفتخط مشیگذاری عمومی در مدیریت , شماره 2 , سال 9 , تابستان 1397هدف: هدف از پژوهش حاضر شناسایی و اولویت بندی موانع اجرای خطمشیهای دولتی در حوزه ستادی وزارت نفت ایران میباشد.روش: پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی- اکتشافی و از نظر شیوه گردآوری داده ها، توصیفی- پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری کلیه کارکنان و مدیران حوزه ستادی وزارت نفت میباشند.حج چکیده کاملهدف: هدف از پژوهش حاضر شناسایی و اولویت بندی موانع اجرای خطمشیهای دولتی در حوزه ستادی وزارت نفت ایران میباشد.روش: پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی- اکتشافی و از نظر شیوه گردآوری داده ها، توصیفی- پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری کلیه کارکنان و مدیران حوزه ستادی وزارت نفت میباشند.حجم نمونه با استفاده از جدول کرجسی و مورگان تعداد 260 نفر میباشد که با روش نمونهگیری تصادفی انتخاب شدند. برای بررسی روایی و پایایی ابزار سنجش بترتیب از روایی محتوا و آلفای کرونباخ استفاد شده است.روش گردآوری اطلاعات کتابخانهای و میدانی است. تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها از طریق آزمون کولموگروف-اسمیرنوف، شاخص kmo و آزمون بارتلت، تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی و فرایند تحلیل سلسله مراتبی انجام شده است.یافتهها: یافتههای پژوهش نشاندهنده آن است که در بین موانع اجرای خطمشیهای دولتی به ترتیب: موانع مدیریتی با 276/0وزن، موانع انسانی با 185/0وزن، موانع ارتباطی با 140/0وزن، موانع محیطی با 85/0وزن، ماهیت خطمشی با 765/0وزن و موانع سیستمی با 541/0وزن از اولویت برخوردارند.نتیجهگیری: نتایج بیانگر آن است که بسیاری از خطمشیها بطور ناقص اجرا شده یا اصلا به اجرا درنمیآیند.در این راستا تعدادی از این موانع شناسایی و اولویتبندی گردیدند که مدیران و مسولین حوزه ستادی وزارت نفت میتوانند با توجه به نتایج پژوهش حاضر نسبت به برطرف کردن آنها اقدام نمایند. پرونده مقاله -

The present research uses a mixed method. The qualitative research method and content analysis were used in the first phase of the research. The quantitative research method and questionnaire tools are used in the second step. The themes were identified, analyzed and reported by referring to the verses in the first step. The audit method has been used to ensure the reliability of the research data. The results were presented to 10 experts in Islamic management. Experts have been selected using targeted sampling methods. After designing and confirming the model by experts, the questionnaire was designed and presented regarding the design and validation of dimensions and components of Organization Social Responsibility from the perspective of Quran Verses. The statistical population of the research was the employees of Tax Affairs Organization in Tehran, 384 of whom were randomly selected as a statistical sample according to Morgan's table. Finally, the data was analyzed through structural equation modeling and PLS software. According to the results, Organization Social Responsibility from the perspective of Quran Verses has been identified into six categories including legal, civil-social, environmental, economic, cultural-educational, and political responsibility. The results of data analysis in the second stage indicate the approval of the research model. This research plays a role in strengthening the literature by presenting a new concept and providing a fundamental basis for future research. پرونده مقاله -

The statistical community includes all investors in the quantitative part.There are 260 cryptocurrencies in the market, based on Morgan's table,a sample size of 154 people was selected using available sampling method.In the qualitative part,the research method is thematic analysis and the next step is the Delphi method. In order to check the validity, content validity was used, and also to check the reliability, the Cronbach's alpha coefficient for all variables was greater than 0.7, indicating acceptable reliability. Is.Findings:According to the results of the qualitative part of the research, the most important obstacles to cryptocurrencies in Iran are volatility, law and tax, criminal activities, jurisprudence and non-Islamic, environmental issues, cryptocurrency literacy, security problems, and newness, respectively, and the results of the analyzes Quantitative also confirms the significance of the factor loadings of all indicators and their confirmation at the 95% confidence level.Discussion and conclusion: The findings of this research can be used in taking measures regarding the challenges of cryptocurrencies in Iran and improving performance in this area پرونده مقاله -

To overcome this problem, a good marketing information system balances the information users really need and what is feasible to offer. The objective of this study is to investigate the effect of marketing information systems in formulation of competitive strategies with the role of cultural strategies in case study of dermo-cosmetic companies. Population of the study consisted of 500 managers of dermo-cosmetic companies from Tehran city. Using the Cochran formula, 218 samples were evaluated. Data was collected through self- administered questionnaire which consisted of 44 items. The face and content reliability of the research were evaluated by 30 experts and the validity was examined by preliminary test with 30 subjects for all variables and it was higher than (0.7) which is considered acceptable in this research. پرونده مقاله
