This study examined the role of social support of the Prisoners' Support Association on the "family performance" of prisoners. The objectives of the research are to assess the role of "livelihood", "vocational", "educational", and" counseling" and "treatment" services on prisoners' "family performance" and various models of social support including direct and indirect impact, Hill prison family crisis and Types of "Hause" social support were examined. This research is a "mixed method" based on "survey" and "questionnaire" in the quantitative part and "focused group discussion" based on "brainstorming" and "exploratory interviews" in the qualitative phase. Quantitative tools include the researcher-made questionnaire of the Prisoners Support Association and the "Epstein Family Performance". The "validity" of the instruments based on "theoretical validity", "factor analysis" and "reliability" of the questionnaires based on the technique of "internal consistency" and "Cronbach's alpha" were confirmed. The statistical population of the quantitative section includes all families covered by Prisoners’ Support Association in Tehran province (3314 families), of which 384 families were selected as a statistical sample based on "stratified random sampling". The statistical population of the qualitative section also includes staff, assistants and prison managers and the "thematic analysis" method was used to extract the findings. Quantitative findings showed services had middle effect on the "family performance"but it's not sufficient resolving needs.family need social support from support institutions and it is necessary to use a comprehensive database to address the basic needs of this spectrum and their reunification. پرونده مقاله

این پژوهش نقش حمایت اجتماعی انجمن حمایت زندانیان بر عملکرد خانواده‌های زندانیان را مورد بررسی قرار داده است. اهداف تحقیق سنجش نقش خدمات معیشتی، حرفه‌آموزی، تربیتی، مشاوره‌ای و درمانی بر عملکرد خانواده‌ی زندانیان است و مدل‌های گوناگون حمایت اجتماعی شامل تاثیر مستقیم و غیرمستقیم، بحران خانواده‌ی زندانی هیل و انواع حمایت اجتماعی هاوس مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. این تحقیق از نوع پژوهش ترکیبی، مبتنی بر پیمایش و پرسشنامه در بخش کمّی و بحث متمرکز گروهی بر اساس طوفان مغزی و مصاحبه‌های اکتشافی در فاز کیفی است. ابزار کمّی شامل پرسشنامه‌ی محقق‌ساخته خدمات انجمن حمایت زندانیان و پرسشنامه‌ی سنجش عملکرد خانواده اپشتاین است. اعتبار ابزارها مبتنی بر اعتبار نظری و تحلیل عاملی و پایایی پرسشنامه‌ها مبتنی بر تکنیک پایداری درونی و آلفای کرونباخ تایید گردید. جامعه‌ی آماری بخش کمّی شامل همه‌ی خانواده‌های تحت پوشش خدمات انجمن حمایت زندانیان در استان تهران (3314 خانواده) است که تعداد 384 خانواده به‌عنوان نمونه‌ی آماری مبتنی بر نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای انتخاب گردید. جامعه آماری بخش کیفی نیز شامل کارکنان، مددکاران و مدیران زندان است و از روش تحلیل مضمون به‌منظور استخراج یافته‌ها استفاده گردید. یافته‌های کمّی نشان داد خدمات معیشتی، حرفه‌آموزی، تربیتی، مشاوره‌ای و درمانی بر عملکرد خانواده‌ی زندانیان تاثیرگذاری متوسطی دارد امّا این مداخلات کفایت لازم برای رفع نیازهای خانواده‌های زندانیان را ندارد. یافته‌های کیفی نشان داد خانواده‌های زندانیان متاثر از بحران‌های اقتصادی و فقدان سرپرست خانوار، نیازمند حمایت اجتماعی نهادهای حمایتی هستند و ضرورت دارد با استفاده از یک بانک اطلاعاتی فراگیر و جامع نسبت به برطرف‌سازی نیازهای اساسی این طیف و پیوند مجدد آن‌ها یا اجتماع اقدام شود. پرونده مقاله
