دولت به عنوان نماینده مردم بایستی سعی در برطرف کردن نیازهای اساسی مردم داشته باشد. به طور معمول دولت از طریق انعقاد قرارداد وظایف خویش را انجام می‌دهد. به دلیل ماهیت و وضعیت خاص اعمال حقوقی دولت، قراردادهای دولتی وضعیتی متفاوت از قراردادهای خصوصی برخودار است. تأمین امنیت و تقویت بنیه دفاعی کشور نیز از وظایف ذاتی دولت است که بایستی با خرید تجهیزات و مهمات نظامی این امر صورت گیرد. رابطه قرارداد نظامی با قرارداد دولتی و بررسی اشترکات و تفاوتهای این دو هدف پژوهش حاضر بوده است که با روشی توصیفی تحلیلی سعی در بررسی این موضوع داشته است. و سئوال اصلی این است که قرارداد نظامی به عنوان یک قرار داد دولتی تابع چه الزامات حقوقی می‌باشد؟ با توجه به مطالعات صورت گرفته قرارداد نظامی عمدتا از ویژگی‌های قرارداد دولتی برخوردار است. در حقیقت قرارداد نظامی همانند قرارداد دولتی تابع تشریفات خاصی است که با استثنائاتی نیز همراه است. از آنجایی که اموال نیروی مسلح جزء اموال عمومی و قابلیت تملک خصوصی نیست، دعاوی اموال نیروی مسلح قابلیت ارجاع به صلح یا داوری را ندارند. پرونده مقاله

Introduction: The production and supply of genetically modified organisms is one of the issues that have led to many legal, health and environmental issues. This research attempts to study the requirement for labeling of genetically modified products in terms of consumer rights and community health. Methods: This Review Article survey results researches during years from 2002 to 2016 with key word society health, genetic modified products, consumer rights, labeling at databases of Google scholar, SID, Iranmedex, Medline, PubMed, Springer, Science Direct, ProQuest, Magiran, MSRT journals system, Iran medical journals information system and ISC. Results: According to reported studies, genetically modified products may affect in human health, environment and society. Labeling of genetically modified products Cause to creating more awareness of consumer and provides informed choice of consumer. The responsibility of genetically modified products is Non-harmfulness is duty of producers and suppliers of genetically modified products.
Conclusion: in line with protecting human and society health, According to consumer rights and environmental law and especially the precautionary principle, the labeling of genetically modified products is necessary. پرونده مقاله
