تحلیل اتنوبوتانیکی گیاهان دارویی شهر کاشان

چکیده مقاله :
بر این اساس سابقه درمان بیماریها با گیاهان دارویی به قدمت تاریخ زیست انسان بر روی کره زمین است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف تحلیل تاثیر ویژگیهای مردم شناسی مصرف گیاهان دارویی در شهر کاشان و شناخت مهمترین و پرکاربردترین گیاهان توسط مردم این شهر در سال 1395 انجام گرفت. تحقیق حاضر از نوع کاربردی می باشد و روش بررسی در آن توصیفی - تحلیلی و پیمایشی است .ابزار اصلی پژوهش، پرسشنامه ای با 97 گویه است که روایی محتوایی آن با نظر متخصصان و پایایی آن با استفاده از آزمون آلفای کرونباخ به میزان 891/0به تأیید رسیده است. جهت تحلیل داده ها نرم افزار SPSS مورد استفاده قرار گرفته است. حجم نمونه با استفاده از فرمول کوکران به تعداد 336 نفر محاسبه گردید که به صورت تصادفی در سطح شهر کاشان در بین خانوارها توزیع گردید: بررسی یافتههای پژوهش بیانگر آن است 5/45 درصد پاسخگویان مرد و 5/54 درصد زن و بیشترین گروه سنی پاسخگو مربوط به گروه 25-36 سال و کمترین میزان در بین گروه سنی بالاتر از 65 سال جای داشتهاند. همچنین یافتههای نشان داد که به ترتیب گیاه نعناع با 6/63 درصد، خاکشیر با 57 درصد، گل گاو زبان با 4/58 درصد و آویشن با 49 درصد بیشترین درصد را به خود اختصاص دادند.ن. تمایل، اعتقاد، اعتماد، شناخت، رضایت و صرف هزینه برای خرید گیاهان دارویی توسط مردم این شهر، اهمیت گیاهان دارویی و گرایش مردم به درمان با طب سنتی را بیش از پیش به اثبات میرساند.
Since ancient times, plants have been one of the first and most accessible sources of treatment. Because humans are a part of nature, it is definitely the nature of the plant for every disease. Accordingly, the history of treating diseases with medicinal herbs dates back to the history of human life on the planet. The present study was conducted with the aim of analyzing the anthropometric characteristics of medicinal plants in Kashan and recognizing the most important and most used plants by the people of this city in 1395. The present research is applied in a descriptive-analytical and survey method. The main tool of research is a questionnaire with 97 items whose content validity is confined to experts and its reliability is 0.891 by the Cronbach's alpha test. Approved. SPSS software was used to analyze the data. The sample size was calculated using 336 Cochran formula, randomly distributed among households in Kashan city. The research findings indicated that 45.5% of male respondents and 54.5% of women and the largest group Responsible Sunni was in the group of 25-36 years old and the lowest was among the age group above 65 years. Also, the results showed that the mint, with 6.63%, Kheshir with 57%, Bulls with 4.58% and Thyme with 49%, respectively. The willingness, belief, trust, recognition, satisfaction and spending on the purchase of Medicinal Plants by the people of this city prove the importance of medicinal herbs and the tendency of people to treat traditional medicine more than ever
